It’s probably because you didn’t scratch the surface up with sandpaper or scotch pad. Composite doors are spray painted the same way and they come out fine
If you do the inside of a window, how do you get over the black rubber seals on the beading? Do you mask it off or go over it? I tried it myself and its flaking off already 🤦🏻♂️Probably the paint I've chosen.
I need to replace my windows. Thinking whether to get coloured windows (which cost around 20% more than standard white UPVC windows) or get standard white one and spray them. What will be more cost effective?
Great to see a company taping up the gaskets on the window seals. To anyone that sprays them, stop being lazy and giving the good lads a bad name. Its rubber! It expand, shrinks and moves with heat! The paint will fail!
UPVC CAN'T BE PAINTED NO MATTER WHAT PAINT YOU USE I WOULD LOVE TO CHECK OUT THE WINDOWS IN A COUPLE OF YEARS ,WHAT YOU DON'T UNDERSTAND IS UPVC MOVES WITH THE HEAT SUN ECT .
Those windows will look absolutely fine, just like your car bumpers look absolutely fine 10 years after buying a car. Along as you use UV resistant solvent 2k polyurethane it's not coming off
Wrong. Yes you can paint upvc windows perfectly fine using the correct 2k paint. The paint is highly uv resistant and is fully flexible to allow for the changes in temperature.
Not the case one bit. Proper 2k systems on windows, ain’t going anywhere. I have visited properties where we sprayed the windows years ago and they look amazing still.
Hello, not sure if you will reply as the video is old but i live in coventry (next to birmingham), do you cover this area? how much to spray x6 windows (1 small window included), x1 patio double door.
Glad to see you take window openers out! Seen some cowboys leave them in ha. Good work lads
Thank you ✌️👌
No need really. You just tape then sheet the inside of the window.
said cowboy lol
Top job very professional 👏
Thanks 👍
Top-work, right thier
I am in the process of buying a property with brown windows and will either spray or replace. Can the internal frames and sills also be sprayed?
Hi. Yes they can be sprayed.
no
Literally same! What did you end up doing? I really don’t want to keep the brown windows
Will cleaning with pure water pole system & brushes scratch or damaged the paint?
great job
Looks nice 👍🏻
I wish to repaint my windows but I paint it 2 years ago and is exfoliating now...depends what kind of paint you use

prep is the key to any thing
@@AbdulSalam-xe4md I'm wondering if sanding uPVC won't make it porous and hard to clean?
What if there's Georgian white bars
What do you do about the white silicon holding in the frame
Hi James. That’s cut out and replaced with new (colour matched to new colour) I hope that helps. ✌️
Does the gentilin compressor run constantly or does it empty the tank then run?
Hi. Just when empty, but depends on the cfm the gun requires.

Hi Kevin. we mask the gasket (seal) but yes the right paint/procedure will give you longevity.
Thanks Ben
Can you spray upvc windows with airless sprayer?
Hi there. No you’d be applying to much product. (For the system we use) 2k
Thanks Ben
All these videos are UK based, doesn’t anyone in US do this?
Never ever see rebates being done to difficult.

Hi John. How many windows are you looking to replace? Where are you located?
Is this paint oil based or water based
No way it's water based
@@aberba you’ll be surprised mate

Completely misinformed. Why you’ve gone out of your way to post complete nonsense is a mystery.
What paint brand would you recommend for someone who wanted to do this themselves? Would clear acrylic work with a pigment added? Thanks!

Hi Hisham.
Could you email us some pictures over please.

But you will still have old windows.
Pointless!
This is true Peter, but if there’s nothing wrong with them a change of colour isn’t going to hurt 🤷♂️
