It’s great when you post these workouts but not everyone is at your standard, maybe in the future look at posting % of the weight per you one rep max so that people not able to lift so heavy will still be able to do these workouts based on % of what they are able to lift, thanks

I've been thinking about pouring some concrete in my yard and installing a small rig or squat stand like that (something like the Rogue R-4 perhaps) where two people could lift or pull-up at once. Having trouble figuring out how much hard floor space I'd need to accommodate that while having space for two people to jump rope or do cleans away from the rack.

I didn't watch the video, but just to say that ( about the title) if you do something that "build more muscle than bodybuilding", it is actualy bodybuilding, since the goal of bodybuilding is to build the body, so every kind of workout that achieve this goal effectively is a " bodybuilding" exercise in a sense, bodybuilding doesn't stop to biceps curl and hip thrust....
