OK., years and years ago when Rolls Royce was invested it was a luxury car meant for pure luxury and chauffeur. What would happen is that the chauffeur would open the rear doors for the passengers (both rear left and right doors), than he/she would enter the car from the opposite side and crawl over the seat into the driver's seat. Assuming if the gear shifter was on the floor, this would interfere with the chauffeur climbing through, so this is why Rolls Royce put the shifter on the right side of the dashboard. And today this tradition with Rolls Royce carries on.
When you have to money to get the RR Cullinan you don't get the Novitec wide body kit. One would go for the Mansory wide body kit, which is the top of wide body kits.
