What was the settings you were using in the MIG 135? they looked to work very well.
Do you guys sandblast anything and start from there
put that on a rotisserie...and dustless blast the body...i bet your missing so much rust...its gonna rust through after all your hard work...IMHO

Out of curiosity, can’t you just buy a whole replacement door for about $400? Why waste all that time?
It's best to keep the factory inner doors on a restoration for best fitment.
