You made it to Blantyre! Leaving Strathclyde Park is indeed a nuisance. You can head up through a field on the Blantyre end side of the Clyde to rejoin the old Clyde Walkway
Great wee vlog Eddie with the usual scottish sense of humour . I couldn't pronounce that place either. haha..An area I have not been and it was nice to see it through your video, keep them comin
Fantastic Edward! I really enjoyed that. You have a real flair for making these sort of interesting, informative videos. Well done. (from Blantyre Project)
I grew up in Bothwell and spent the first 25 years of my life there. There are many great walks around my old village.
It's a great area for walks, although motorways and intersections are never far away.

Thank you. We lost too much at Low Blantyre.
On a clear day, it's possible to see Ben Lomond & the cobbler from the front of Chatelherault Lodge.
That big round tower reminds me of Caerlaverock which we saw last week. It was a nice day too! We had a great 11 day trip.
Wow. Sounds like a holiday. I've always thought the same about Bothwell and Caerlaverock (close to being another of THOSE words!) Castle.
iv just found this channel lovely
Thank you.
Smashin vid👌
Many thanks.
Chatelherault. Say ` Shat - La - Row ` out loud and you have said it correctly for anyone wondering lol 😅😅😅
Aye scaffolding seems to be on most castles in the lowlands. Bit of a silly tragedy.
