I gave 50 thousand two days back for booking of Verona , bue due to height fobia parents disagree with my descision and no option to get refund. they have lower units but not giving back
I don't think so. Because all the decision from NBCC are taken by the Honourable Supreme court only regarding defaulter's clams. Without SC's instructions NBCC will not sell a single Default ed unit. Supreme court has reacted very strongly against the defaulters. As the genuine buyers are also suffering because of them. So need not to worry. I don't think that after NBCC's Allotment confirmation any defaulter can come back and claim for his old investment.
Any contact to raise grievances or complaints. My payment is not being acknowledged by CRMs of NBCC even after sharing payment proof.kindly help if anyone knows whom to contact to escalate the matter.
crm is the worst team ever of nbcc they literally treat their clients as if we have purchased flats for free I too have a flat in nbcc project and sometimes I am very stressed because of crm team behaviour

@@visitwheel that's not a trap. Inventory is published based on towers for different sales executives. 1 executive is not having visibility of the entire project. I have also experienced it and went ahead with that agent who provided better options.

No all legal provisions has been closed
No one can stop the defaulter from filing the case and the current buyer will suffer as he has to appear for the hearing although he will win the case
