Your Milky White is totally adorable, well done. My granddaughter "played" Milky White in their school production. She was in grade seven and did a wonderful job as the puppeteer ❤
In the Desert Southwest I have used blue goo engine/gasket sealant to adhere all kinds of materials that will be outside in the sun above 100 degrees. Works wonders. Love your cow.
We found some patterns on Etsy to create a cow head out of card stock that we considered using. You could probably papier mache over that to make it sturdier. www.etsy.com/listing/889936197/cow-mask-template-diy-animal-head?ga_order=most_relevant&ga_search_type=all&ga_view_type=gallery&ga_search_query=cow+head+template&ref=sr_gallery-1-1&etp=1&dd=1&content_source=232fc008030b066a9453d22e0eb44160000de547%253A889936197&search_preloaded_img=1&organic_search_click=1

Any tips on making the head without 3D printing? I don't have access to one :(
