See you when you’re here! Until then keeping killing it in the mountains 🇺🇸. It was a pleasure sure and catch you at the next one (probably Berlin for me). 👊🏻
Awesome recap, finding that 60 seconds you definitely have in you this year for the sub 2:20. Look forward to when you announce your next race, will be another epic training block!
Great Video, thanks for the insights! I had my first Marathon last Sunday and did it 3:41:49 and was super happy with it! Will definitely run a Marathon again.
Hi Nick, nice video! Well done on your PB. I ran my first marathon and came in a few hours later than you... 4 hours 26 minutes, my first marathon. Great experience in Rotterdam. What I learned is that I can run a marathon at 53 and that I probably can go under 4 hours if my training is better without injury and covid.
Amazing race Nick!! Great PB 🥳🥳 I recently ran the Boston Marathon and had the time of my life!! The most fantastic support. I managed to qualify for next year so am tempted to go back for more!! 😊😊
Great video. Awesome how you went through the entire race . Very cool. Amazing PR. FYI I love the end with you pointing to the crowd. Your a machine. Maybe I'll see you August 28th 😜 but I totally understand if you go for sub 2:20. Keep up the great work and congratulations
Nice and interesting recap Nick! It’s always good to hear race stories, in the end we are all suffering 🤣. Since a couple of weeks I’ve started doing your morning routine on a daily basis and also your exercises at the end of every run! Is it too much? 🤣 thanks for inspiring
Great video. You’ll definitely crash through the 2:20 barrier next time. So, it seems to me: 1) buy yourself a gel belt and just be prepared to carry a few gels. I know it’s better to run light without distractions but it is what it is. When you become elite you can have your own table!! 2) do more of your long monster sessions on your own. No bike, no Matt. That’s the best way to prepare yourself mentally, to just know when the going gets tough you’ve been there before. Looking forward to your next one 👍
Hi Nick, Great race en great recap💪 Jys n yster!
Hi Nick, great video and congrats on the time. What did you think of the course? I'm doing Rotterdam in 2023 and have heard it's a very flat course but looks like there is a significant enough incline on the bridge which you cross twice?
Well done Mate! Which Race Predictor Calculator are you using? Garmin Peters Race Pacer? Would be very interesting which Data you look at while racing.
Let’s gooooooooooooo! Can’t wait to chill in the UK 🇬🇧 someday. Cheers 🍻 sir
See you when you’re here! Until then keeping killing it in the mountains 🇺🇸.

Oh yes, they hurt us all 😂 enjoy hearing the war stories.
Keep doing the routine and those exercises! All those little bits will add up! 👊🏻

Thanks so much! Yea it's an amazing race and is pretty quick. Beware of the bridge part, it caught me by surprise! Apart from that, you'll fly!!
Thats insane that u were feeling it with 12k to go thats a long long way to push through i mean even at 5 k to go thats super hard.
Super tough! It was a proper pain cave moment!! But what’s doesn’t kill you.. Makes you stronger!!
2:20 minute PR yesterday at Providence marathon (3:03:08) getting closer to sub 3:00 for this 51 y/o guy
Unleash the Cherry!! 🍒🦾🏃♥
It's cooooooming!!
You gotta carry gels on you for sure
Oh I will next time for sure!
Come to Valencia to break 2:20 😎
One of the FASTEST in the world that's for sure!!
Why not cape Town marathon? For your next attempt. Do 1 in South Africa
I have an entry and am coming to CT marathon 🙂 just not sure if that's the one I'll truly target!
Well done Mate! Which Race Predictor Calculator are you using? Garmin Peters Race Pacer? Would be very interesting which Data you look at while racing.
Thanks Rob! I used the Jack Daniels calc for this one!

Haha very much so!!! Thanks mate!
