Thanks for sharing your amazing video! It was very kind of you that you have your father in it with his speech, you did very good job, I haven't seen your father for more than 30years, say to hey to him thanks for sharing your videos and keep up with your good work.
My mom called celery lapshtock (excuse the spelling). My grandmother’s recipe was similar to your family’s except she roasted the noodles first before adding them to the soup. Gave it a very distinct flavour. What vegetable did your mom put into the soup rather than potatoes? Thanks for sharing, looks delicious!
Ooooh that sounds delicious! I know my mom roasts the noodles for that bean + noodles dish she used to make so we’re definitely gonna try it next time. Chayote, if I translate it on google, it says “squash”. It’s used in soups in Mexico, I don’t necessarily like the flavor or texture of it, but I feel it gives the soup a good flavor
@@DietscheMejal1 this caldo looks delicious. Very similar to how my people prepare it. My only complaint is that the total pot size is so small for me! I would eat that whole pot in one meal! Yum!
My mouth kept watering throughout the cooking process, but that rolled up corn tortilla at the end was the cherry on top!!!
