Bean paste cookies / a gift cookies

material ingredients
sweet white bean paste 500g
1 egg yolk
20g of fresh cream (about two spoons)
bit powder
green tea Powder
Sweet pumpkin powder
It also has a variety of flavors including cocoa powder, instant coffee powder, 1 ts of hot water, and purple sweet potato powder.^^
If you want to make it a little more savory, you can add 10 percent of almond powder, but it doesn't make much difference in overall taste, so I skipped it.
I've only put in the paste before, but it was a little hard.
The yolks and whipped cream make the topknot soft.
Fresh from the oven, the lettuce is slightly hard on the outside, but when placed in a container or sealed, it is later made entirely of soft cookies.
