Ludwig's inspirations are quite interesting... He is likely named after Ludwig van Beethoven who wrote the Moonlight Sonata. His tale of "the thread of light" draws allusions to Kandata, the sinner trapped in hell from "The Spider's Thread." His design appears to be based upon the Nuckelavee, a horrifying centaur-like demon in Celtic mythology. And his role as the guardian preventing those trapped in The Hunter's Nightmare from escaping makes him a stand-in for Mezu, the horse-faced guardian of Hell according to Japanese Buddhism.
Your understanding and visualization of the lore is ON POINT. These are just mere images of Ludwigs lore (that really isn't that rich, although it's amazing nonetheless) and they convey so much of his character and tragic fate! I'm so stoked to see your take on Laurence. Great work!

Raquel, Your animated lore for bloodborne is PERFECT!!! I've been using them as an occasional pointer for my players in my bloodborne D&D campaign, and they are working amazingly. All of them are so accurate (of course) but also, they create imagery for bloodborne events that never were expanded upon, I LOVE your animated lore for BB (not to say your others aren't good) but this series is EXACTLY what I needed as a reference for my D&D campaign! You do really amazing work, and you animate bloodborne's lovecraftian vibe extremely well! I would love if you released more of these, or most definitely more of them for Bloodborne II ! Love your animations, even if this is the last of them, I'll play each probably about 15 more times! Keep up the amazing work
Probably my favorite character in Bloodborne honestly. Not much is told about him but just based on queues throughout the game and item descriptions, he seems like a badass.
Imagine if there's a Bloodborne sequel one day and there's a section of the game that take place in the past from where you can summon a human Ludwig as an NPC. I'd love it.

Las separo por capas para dejar la linea por una parte y luego el color por otra, y los efectos de luces las separo también y pongo según convenga :)

I was going to do an RP playthrough of Ludwig (Using the Beast Claw and Converted Ludwig's Holy Blade in addition to the Holy Moonlight Sword), and I needed some inspiration on how to design him, as there's almost nothing in the game that tells you what he looked like while still human. I like your take on him.
