I've been vegan for 30+ years. I eat mostly raw. There are lots of cooked vegan videos out there that are complicated and boring. I love your videos. I love that you are from scratch and have such creative ideas to make "substitutes" rather than using processed foods. Also you are always so happy, and by keeping it simple you show how easy and fun eating well is. I watch several everyday. I will make some of your recipes when I'm in the mood for cooked meals. Tbh 60% of population should supplement B12 and thats the only vitamin you miss as a vegan. Everything else you can get through your meals
