    INGREDIENTS:
    Prawns- 600 grms.
    Salt- as required.
    Turmeric- 1/4 tsp.
    Green chillies- 4-5.
    Garlic pods- 8-9.
    Clove- 1.
    Black pepper- 1 tsp. Lemon juice- 1tbs.
    Jeera powder- 1/4 .
    Oil- 2 tbsp.
    HOW TO PREPARE:
    In a mixture jar add coriander, salt, turmeric, green chillies, garlic pods, clove, black pepper, and lemon juice. Grind it to a fine paste.
    Add the grinded masala to the prawns. Mix it well. Add jeera powder and coat it well. Let it marinate for about half an hour.
    In a pan add oil, let it heat. Add the marinated prawns. Stir fry on high flame till the moisture dries.
    Your Prawns Masala Fry is ready to serve.
