If you get Anticipatory Bail - that doesn't stop police from calling you for remand in day time without keeping you in night. Please correct me if I am wrong. That's the reason police still ask for Remand after getting anticipatory bail...

प्रश्न ये है कि किसी के खिलाफ कोई FIR नहीं हुई है लेकिन उसे अंदाजा है कि कोई व्यक्ति उसके खिलाफ FIR कर सकता है परेशान करने के लिए तो क्या वह FIR होने से पहले अग्रिम बेल के लिए अप्लाई कर सकता है
और दूसरी बात मानलो कि राम उत्तर प्रदेश में रहता है और राम को ये शक है कि श्याम राम के खिलाफ दूसरे स्टेट में fir करवा सकता है तो उस केस में fir होने से पहले राम को उत्तर प्रदेश के सेशन कोर्ट में अग्रिम जमानत के लिए अप्लाई करेगा या मध्यप्रदेश के सेशन कोर्ट में

I have one question on it.
If case is of 138 NI ACT in which bail is right of accused as the offence is bailable as everyone knows. However, the accused intentionally not appeared before trail court and the case is reached at the stage of proclamation. Whether at that time accused can surrender himself before trail court and take benifit of bail as the offence is bailable?

Yes. After all the offence is bailable. Warrant or Proclamation are only processes to compel appearance in court.
