It looked like he barely sideswiped the black pickup (you can just barely see the mirror and probably glass from a window go flying @1:15) before slamming into the black one, but, yeah, no word by anyone about the driver of the black car that was hit.
The officer implied he stopped pursuing Teague yet his dash cam captured the event? That does not compute. What really happened? Because this report is based on the police report we can all see is skewed.
