One more tip. Try to match the speed of the ball when it's on the ground so when u hit it off the wall it won't go flying. Also try match the speed of the ball when carrying it.

Another tip :D, if you want to be glued to the ball and not lose it, let go of boost right before you carry the ball so it doesn't bounce off like a shot. It gives you a lot more control on where you want to push it. But if you want to accelerate the ball forward (for a double tap), boost into the ball and push/pop it forward.

Also in general a lower cam and angle is better for air, and a higher is better for dribbling. I.E. H100 A-3, is slightly better than H110 A-4. It helps understand how to get under the ball instead of into it.
Rocket league mechanics are some of the hardest mechanics I’ve ever learned in a video game, and yet after a lot of practice even my keyboard and mouse ass can air dribble fairly consistently in freeplay.
I hope this helps but I’ve been playing rocket league for years and I’m high diamond and I’ve never been able to air dribble so if you just started recently focus on the right mechanics

I made a quick training program for practicing this. Spawns you at centre with the ball just infront of you, facing toward the wall. Saves a lot of setup and hassle.

Hey when I airdribble I have the setup and adjustment correct but I always end up higher than the ball and I have to push the ball to the ground. To mention I don't use boost until I get to the carry. Also, I don't know if this is the problem but I play on a switch. Anyone got any tips for me.
press brake for a split second after you hit the ball off the wall to slow your speed down a bit and you can get under it better, if not that then you’re prob hitting the ball more forward than upwards, hit it from the bottom not directly from the side

The hardest part is the air roll after u jump off the wall and I’m stuck on that part any tips?
If that's your problem, you probably need to learn basic mechanics first.
