It was abandoned by Conrail, but owned by Penn Central prior. It is a shame, they really would be neat artifacts, I agree! And there is so much left there to save. I do believe that was a semaphore mechanism! I have to go back when it’s not torrentially down pouring and film more of the little details 😆
