Seeing Tom live is on my bucket list
I was born and raised in Wichita, and my son and grandson still live there. I havent been back since 2006 and I played music there for decades but they didnt care.... If there is one place I would love to play in Wichita.... its the Orpheum theater on first and Broadway.... I went to movies there as a child , even saw Help there.... but they closed it in the early 70's for renovation and very few acts have been allowed there since... My son is an actor on stage there and he has played in the building just east of thew Orpheum .. I think its the Scottish rites temple...
I met Tom in Greenville SC yesterday, very nice and gracious.
