- Muscular dystrophies (MD) are a genetically and clinically heterogeneous group of rare neuromuscular diseases that cause progressive weakness and breakdown of skeletal muscles over time.The disorders differ as to which muscles are primarily affected, the degree of weakness, how fast they worsen, and when symptoms begin.[1] Some types are also associated with problems in other organs.
Muscular dystrophies are caused by mutations in genes, usually those involved in making muscle proteins.These mutations are either inherited from parents or may occur spontaneously during early development.Muscular dystrophies may be X-linked recessive, autosomal recessive, or autosomal dominant.

Becker muscular dystrophy
Congenital muscular dystrophy
Duchenne muscular dystrophy
Emery-Dreifuss muscular dystrophy
Facioscapulohumeral muscular dystrophy
Limb-girdle muscular dystrophy
Oculopharyngeal muscular dystrophy

I'm curious as to why you did not include Myotonia MD on your list? Compared to all the others listed, it is a serious contender and is less common by only Duchenne.
I was diagnosed with Myotonia Type 2 around 7 years ago. I have lost the ability to walk, and the weakness in my hands and arms is worse than a child. I can no longer pick up my little Yorkie.
There isn't a cure but worse there is NO treatment whatsoever. Heck, there is no research going on for type 2 that I can find. Because Type 1 is so much worse than this the tiny amount of money for research goes to that.
It would be nice if this horrible disease was at least being talked about by those in the "know".
