One of the most useful videos, or helps, I've seen re Logos! Wish I had this video when I was in seminary!! I'd like to see your approach for doing research on a historical theology paper.
I am 6 months in to a seminary degree and use Logos everyday. This was extremely helpful. Particularly the different approach to researching different types of research papers. Thank you!
please make this a series! would love to see how a paper can be properly cited using different citation formats, or how to create an outline for a paper like this.
I really enjoyed your video and learned a lot from it. I would appreciate it if you could provide more specific examples, such as how to write a research paper on the authorship of the Gospels of Mark or Luke. I have plenty of books in my library but struggle to extract the information I need. Your example on justification was very helpful, but more guidance on narrow topics would be greatly appreciated.
You can save a click or two when adding to the clippings document by highlighting what you want to clip and clicking on “add clipping” in the upper left-hand corner of the open clippings document. I enjoy your videos; thanks!
That is the current requirement, yes. I was fortunately able to graduate under the older requirement which was to memorize portions of it. It was still a lot, but not as daunting.
It periodically goes on and off sale. There is a subscription that I believe is called ‘Galaxie’ that has the same journals but unfortunately is not integrated into Logos. That would prolly be the next best thing. Although I bet if you are patient it will go back on sale at some point.
For me, you never can tell which journal will prove to be most insightful, so I always go for getting as many journals as I can. However, some journals are incredibly niche and are not always as relevant for general studies. My preference would be Master -> Theology -> Academic, in that order
While I'm no longer in seminary, this video is also helpful for addressing doctrinal issues or teaching a theology class in the church.
Very nice, EpiTimmy! Hopefully we didn’t shoot ourselves in the foot with the title!

Ah, nice! This is gold! More seminary help, please! 😀

I wasn’t sure if it would be that popular. I can definitely add it to the list. 👍
Thanks for teaching me how to use Logos
My pleasure, God bless.
I am in my first semester of seminary. Thank you so much Brother Tanner!

Sweet tip, Tweezer. I forgot about that button. Thanks for all of the love and support! ❤️
Brilliant
Much love to you, preachable!
Didn't know you went to RTS. Is it true you had to remember the whole Westminster shorter catechism as a exit exam?

The Master Journal bundle seems to be not for sale. Any way to get around this?

Just got an email for one releasing soon:

Could you name some good journal articles bundle on Logos, please?
