Mercedes-Benz GLC - First Drive Review

Hi:
Does the SUV come with traditional tires and a donut type spare tire?
I am in the US and ours come with Run Flat Tires and NO spare tire.
Do you have the part number (or let us know whereto find the part number) for the spare tire shown in the video?
