THE 80M CALIFORNIA DREAM HOME WITH A FRENCH FLAIR | Secret Lives Of The Super Rich - Развлечения
Whats really sad about the 1st house is that it's been up for sale for MANY YEARS! That's right it's been sitting for YEARS waiting for someone to buy it. I think the main reason it doesn't sell is simply because it's a corner house that sits right off of busy Sunset Blvd. So they're asking you to pay 80 million dollars for a house with no privacy at all, listening to loud street noise from busy Sunset Blvd. The unfortunate thing about a lot of developers / builders (particularity in LA) is that they keep building this huge mansions on the wrong lot. Buyers who are in the market for this type of home want it to be more secluded, not as a corner house and not sitting on the front of a busy street.
The first house they shown has been listed for about 8 years and still won't sell.
Really? Its still unsold? How much has the price been dropped to?
It looks old. That’s why. It has no modern touch at all.
Turn it into a homeless shelter
G-trooper g yeah that would be a great fit for it .
Same with Hilfigers penthouse. It's been FOREVER for sale
2:17 Grand library? I have more books in my backpack right now
He’s selling the house lol
lorenzo padova what does have anything to do with the comment?
Pauls Klucis....I've got books in my bedroom all over the place 😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂😁!
Rolling on my shower laughing 🤣
It's ironic that the most expensive of finishings, etc often end up looking cheap and tacky. That coupled with the fact it sits on a busy intersection tells us why they haven't been able to sell it since 2015.
Yeah I agree
Billionaires dont normally live near major intersections.
george varughese this house isn’t going to sell for more than $50 million
@@bm.3759 lol right okay buddy this is sunset boulevard one of the most demanded streets in the world
Savage 9X9 not to billionaires who value privacy. You can x ray this house from that intersection. Most exclusive streets are Bel Air Road, Nimes Road, S Mapleton Dr and Stradella Rd.
You couldn't be more ridiculized because of your comment, lmao
🤔
That mansion should have been built with the backyard towards the neighbors.. Which Billionaire wants to buy a Mansion with a view to a street?
Nabil you obviously dont live in LA
“If I owned this house, I would throw parties every single night!” Well, Thats why you don’t own it.
Daniel zf 😆 I said the same thing
I was thinking just that!
LMAO
You're a homosexual
I can think of 80 better ways to spend 80 million
But if you han 600 million you would probably by it lol
Not really you build your own home for that much
@@mistermood4164 fools make houses smart men live in them.
It’s in LA, and doesn’t have an outdoor pool!?
I feel like class doesn’t scream
The difference, with this home, those of us with class are doing the screraming.
They tried to hard
It’s a figure of speech
No developer who builds mansion to this scale would ever entertain building an 80 million dollars mansion on this lot. It’s literally the worst location to build any residential dwelling let alone an expensive mansion, yet they keep building garbage like this.
The sole reason is, these projects are money laundering operations where they put in 80 million of dirty money and let it site for years, and they’ll drop the price and sell for 30 million dollars CLEAN money.
It’s happening in Toronto for more than a decade now.
I'll give it too them though, this is one of the few that has successfully blended modern decorations/interior features and with a more antique architecture
If trumP is nearby, the price cant get higher than 20 mil.🙊
If the house isn't modern enough, it won't sell no matter what. They have to drop the prices by half in order someone might be interested in buying it.
the master bed is literally bigger than my whole house
House # 3 is the end game for me! Start with the baby one and graduate to the other!! Simply WOW!!!!
“I’ll buy it for 30 million”
“Sold”
Wow, amazing.
Fifty-seven crystal chandeliers imported from Italy, throughout the French chateau built in Beverly Hills, sitting on a corner lot at a major intersection on Sunset Blvd. in Los Angeles for $80 million. And, yet, the kitchen, bathroom, bar and wine cellar all appear to have been purchased from a stock kitchen manufacturer. At the very least, different finishes might have given the illusion of not having ordered through Home Depot.
For 80 mil, i could buy a chateau near Paris France with sprawling lawn
"It screams class"....
I notice they avoid Westchester county. Only NYC
What a rip off. Not worth more than 15M. These middlemen really milking the cow on comissions
Billionaires Row is 57th st. And this only 2 blocks away.
Beautiful places!
I won’t buy a house that’s bigger than the garden
This 1 speaks to ME it seems to rate the price for style & quality, whether location,3x works for u or grounds enough or u hve need of all this complete other ?s.
Neat Ball Room, Wonder The Type Of Tables They Use?
Neat Park View
I wouldn't want an 98 Corolla running up on my lawd for $80mil. Def not right plot of that land
Yeah uh huh.... in the middle of traffic, no views as well, neighbors in plain sight
$80 million? 😂🤣😂 Not even worth $30 million. Fail!
AMAZING👍👍👍👍
Not crazy about the French influence but the master suite and wood flooring is spectacular
That apt is so dark and its a turn off to many sellers. Nothing energetic about it.
Jairo Herrera I like the cozy feel of it. I don’t like too much light pouring in.
THE BEV PLACE IS MY GRAND DREAM..
Property taxes gonna bankrubt you
This home belongs on a hill
Not crazy about the first one. Hilfiger still trying to sell it.
Except Hilfiger penthouse makes sense, and this “mansion” doesn’t
I'll buy both the Castle and this French Chateau listed in Beverly Hills. For my Parents to live in. And i make the monthly residual income from it..
And then buy a third house for myself thats newer and modern.
It screams gaudy
I love it
i hate these old design homes ,thats the only reason the owner wants to get rid of it
The last house is the only good one.
Auvoir!
Thank u so much CNBC PRime my dream home for my family 🙏🙏🙏👏👏👏👏👏🙂👍👍👍👍🇵🇭🇵🇭🇵🇭
Bel Air has got the best homes in the world...very sleek, modern and extravagant...
Good God, does anybody actually consider this to be elegant and tasteful?
Can I please spend $80 million to live in a Disneyland style house next to a busy road surrounded by neighbours? Please!!
Why are you uploading old videos?
Because apparently all these houses are still unsold
McMega Mansion
Feel like some people are fleeting out of America
so much wasted space.
Gotta walk 200 ft just to get to the en suite bathroom
California dream. Tax nightmare.
😍 #wowzah 💖 #spectacular #dreamiesdreamz ✨
If I'm spending millions of dollars on a home or better be constructed to my taste ..
2 mill for a chandelier 😂 big scam big profit
If you stay away from small minded people you can attain it..
The first house has an unappealing facade.
Why does it take 10 years to build a house?
The Plaza is gorgeous. But the location is horrible. Full of tourists and horses. That corner smells like horse manure.
Fashion Money.
Can u American bucktees stop saying château. As a French Canadian it’s insulting
Toonami maximum immunity safety security
"grab a bottle of scotch and a book" wtf dude, you drinking and reading? doubly un-productive
It’s Jeffree Star’s future home.
Wouldn't buy the first house.
I hate the old world charm look. Garbage!.
$2,000,000 just on chandeliers!?!? 🤯. No wonder that at 31 years old, i still live at home with my parents. Hahahaha hahahaha hahahaha
MY HUMBLE OPINION. SO SORRY, NOT IMPRESSED. TOO MUCH BLING BLING, BUT VERY LESS CLASS. I GUESS BEAUTY IS IN THE EYES OF THE BEHOLDER.
The beverly hills house was lavish but actually awful. probably great for a party as an experience but to live there... no. the new york apartment was a fitting set for a movie about evil. 50 million for a roof apartment with very little windows. to me it's such a pyrrhic victory. such a trap. if you are drawn to new york you have some serious soul searching to do. get out. just get out.
The first house is so ugly. Not worth $80m at all.
CNBC thinks they are news. This silly house has like a 10" strip of lawn around it. I would rather hang out in a nice lodge than this candy cane house.
This house is an eh it doesn’t rlly catch my attention, the other house that is owned by all of my family members r was better
👍👌👍👌

um the beverly hills house is so ugly though. it's a teardown.
Ridiculous comment.
The furniture is disgusting. Nice building though
