You have to try that taco truck in front of the Fiesta at the intersection of Braeswood and Gessner. If you drive down GEssner coming from Memorial, and maybe 2 lights before you reach Bellfort, you'll see Fiesta. Has the taco truck in front of the store. BEST tacos everrrrrrrrrr. I only ate the chicken ones, so i can't vouch for the rest, but so good man. Also, Katy has a real nice taco truck in front of a tire shop. Wish i remembered the name

Here is the thing about tacos in Houston...there are more bad places than good, but the good places are the best in the country. Here is why we have both the worst and best. In Texas fajitas is major and with fajitas you have the cheap inside skirt and the more pricey outside skirt and you also have bavette. You want to go to places that use outside skirt or bavette. Ruchi's and most of the food trucks don't use outside skirt. Most of the nicer sit down restaurants have the outside skirt, so just go to any of those. If you find a restaurant that uses bavette, do yourself and your sister a favor and eat there.

You need to try tacos la bala on renwick and Bellaire. If you want a taco truck tacos el Mapache very good too.
This guys isn’t looking for tacos. He’s looking for Baja style salad in a tortilla. Just the fact that he wanted avocado on a street taco tells me that he is judging these tacos based on a completely different food.
If you"re ever on the southside of Houston. Just go down EDGEBROOK getting off I-45 south and you"ll find about 7 plus taco trucks less than a mile of each other. Keep up the great vids.

Instead of ordering the plate of meat at Taconazo just order the individual tacos.
This spot seems to use a higher quality cut of meat for their fajita relative to other spots and have wonderful lengua tacos. Al pastor is not amazing there though, I agree.

If you see a taco truck and there is no crowd around it then don't get tacos from there, I made that mistake while I was downtown Houston, I was drinking at Pitch 25 and wanted tacos and I figured any taco truck in Houston must have bomb tacos, so i went to the first one i saw, I regretted It, still ate it tho lol
Taqueria Y Fonda Michoacan on Aldine Mail RT has the best quesabirria in Htown. Blows those places away.

ElTaco Nazo is also called “Murder Taco” due to solid chance of being murdered while getting tacos, but worth it. Super sketchy neighborhood, police always on duty at ElTaco Nazo, cash only, must order in Spanish….and totally worth it. Nowhere to sit down and eat at Murder Taco, (Fulton Street) but there’s a big park next to it (Moody Park), but don’t be fooled, THIS PARK IS NOT A PLACE TO STOP AND EAT TACOS). Trust me. Leave your family at home, get your order ready (in Spanish), go there, pay cash, pick up tacos, bring home to your family to eat. Pay your life insurance and bring your gun, enjoy great tacos. Record of 8 HPD squad cars there during one memorable visit, but I got my tacos so worth it. 10/10 despite danger.

Not true its nickname is El Muertito because there was a funeral home that used to be next to it that has closed down recently. The neighborhood doesn't have that much crime compared to the southside. Don't make the neighborhood seem worse than it is.

@@davidlu4433 tacones de mi mama #2 is what will pull up on the gps it’s at a chevron gas station on the corner of Campbell across the street of a bunch of commercial warehouses. Everyone’s taste buds are different and they have authentic way of making their food. They open early serve breakfast and lunch close at 5 I believe
