It's a first party. These are licensed by Pop Mart for Asia, a very big and reputable chain that specializes in high end collectibles.
Also, Shazam and Superman are supposed to be 6'4" and these are practically 1:1 with Marvel Legends Hyperion, which is about right! Marvel Legends are roughly 1:11.
