He's talking about how his mother was abused and when she suspected Kendrick was too she kept asking him and never believed him. Drake bringing it up (essentially making fun of him for being m*lested) not only falls flat because that's a shitty way to defend against predator allegations, but it falls flat because it shows he doesn't even understand what Kendrick's song is about.
