1/2 kilo pork liver (atay ng baboy)
2 medium sized potatoes, cut into wedges
1 piece carrot, cut into wedges
1/2 cup green peas
2 pcs red and green bell peppers
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 pc onion, chopped
1/2 cup tomato sauce
1 to 2 Tbsp. patis
1 cup water
1 tsp. cornstarch dissolved in 1 Tbsp. water
1/2 tsp. salt or to taste
1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
1 tsp. magic sarap (optional)
cooking oil for frying and sauteing

Depende po klase ng putahe kaya yung iba ay mapait. Pero itong recipe na ito hindi mapait parang chicken afritada din ang lasa.
@@PanlasangPinoyMeatyRecipes what I mean po is parang natamaan ng basag na apdo po. Mapait na po yung atay kahit raw pa at tinry ko pong eh roast (sugba) gnun pa rin po mapait talaga. Ano kaya pwede remedy dito Maam/Sir. Thanks po
@@scabbardgaming9456 Ah may apdo na pala mapait na talaga yun wla na yatang remedyo. Pero baka makuha pa sa pag babad sa tubig na may asukal at asin ng mga ilang oras bago iluto. Overnight siguro sa ref para mas ok.
