The GG hilt. I'm big on clubbells now so it sure compliments carry-over. Anything thicker than a barbell, esp blocks, keep your thumbs healthy
Pull-ups, chin-ups, heavy overhand deadlifts.
Ive made a bunch of inch dumbel replicas ranging from 110 to 200lbs, that’s my favorite. Hits it all
And supported wrist rolling on the fat side of a barbell in a rack
Fat Grip-type products are the most bang-for-your-buck by far, but grippers are just unmatched
Grip and core work definitely fall into my programming. It's very helpful for the grappling artist. Basically if I get a lapel or sleeves don't expect to get it back unless I let go.

If all anyone did was these 5 things they’d get great results. I have really been digging armwrestling training lately - supinations, pronations, rising, isometrics, etc. forearms will grow.
I like doing Hercules Hold for time on cable stack, Plate Flips, Axle holds for time, and Ironmind Crushers/Rolling Thunder.

Bro uses those grippers like scissors. Man, I just love this video with the no-nonsense explanation of each tool. I have a gripper but I definitely get myself a fatgrip for the gym.
The GG hilt is amazing. It's cool rowing half my bodyweight for reps. Same with rowing with MonkeeGrip ropes. GG crush grippers are great. I have the unicorn and flamingo grippers besides the plain ones. I love cannonball archer pull ups yet have been seeing people strapping two balls to a kettlebell and swinging so I'll be doing that soon too
Good info..I'm going to look into those grippers. I picked up a Wrist Axe from HGG. We'll see what that results in.
Bar hang for time is great! And requires zero $ if you have a pullup bar and weight belt
