@@joooeeeyyy5671 It's from a meme called "who would win." The meme always starts with that phrase, followed by a description of two people or groups who are against each other. The losing party is described in a highly flattering and impressive way while the winning party is described in an insulting or belittling way. The joke is that the one which has been portrayed as lame and weak is actually the winner. In this case, Fantano roasted a bunch of music artists. So I described the music artists in a way that made them sound impressive, and Fantano as if he were nothing to take seriously, hence the irony.

Liam Burke But he literally praised the album when he talked about it saying it was a musically achievement of how bad music can be
I think every other album here (save for A2tC and maybe Dead Pets where they seemed to actually want to make something special) is so inauthentic and low effort and insulting to the creative process that it's hard to look at a cry for help like SB2H and think "this should go in between supermarket and total xanarchy"

Melon from 2019, after hearing Supermarket: "If only you knew how bad things really are."
Gar Fierield that’s a great point
At a chance of being overly poetic: Looking from afar, Corey Feldman's life is artistic hell. He is clearly a sensitive dude, who's carrying a lot of emotional pain, which he is desperately trying to express artistically, but at the same time he is 100% ill equipped to do it.
I think he was sexually abused quite a lot growing up in Hollywood as a child actor, I feel sorry for him
There's no way anyone could explain this album and it's circumstances more accurately than you have.
really kind of sucks, i mnea, I love cracking jokes at other's missteps just as much as anyone else but the guy isn't an asshole in the general sense, he's not trying to fuck up other people's lives.. My favourite thing about Angelic 2 the Core is how it’s *so* frighteningly bad, on *so* many levels, that you can’t help but find some genuine entertainment in it. Despite being one of the worst albums I’ve heard in my entire life, I have never once been bored by it. I feel some inkling of sadness for Imagine Dragons. They were the first band I really liked and bought albums of. In my mind their EP songs, Night Visions and Smoke&Mirrors will always be these really nice pop rock songs Middle school me loved to death. Stopped listening after that because they went off the pop rock path and got more electronic for no reason
I think that Radioactive led them on a bad path. Or, maybe it was the fact that Believer became a massive hit in the dance clubs?
For me, the issue is that the vocals were always the #1 priority and the music felt like it didn't matter at all. Whether they play jazz, reggae, metal, hip-hop, edm, or skiffle doesn't matter.
It's like the reverse of Justin Bieber, where you get the sense that his vocals are so boring that the music is what matters most because his voice just fits with everything because he's not interesting enough to clash with anything. With Imagine Dragons, the voice has so much power and emotion that it completely overpowers everything.
them going more electronic is not the problem, the music going to sh!t is the problem. Maybe they should enlist some talented electronic artists to help out with the mix, if not also the music itself.
Smoke & Mirrors has some great songs. It’s a shame they decided to basically stop trying after 2015
Imagine Dragons is a prime example of a band blowing up and learning all the wrong lessons from it.

He mentioned in his worst singles list that he couldn't remember a single song from that Chainsmokers album. It essentially wasn't good enough to be the worst.
Yeah they got favoured IMO, as I thought Selfie belonged a lot higher than #18 on the worst singles list.
Anthony may have very controversial takes on what "good" music is, but at least his opinions of "bad" music are spot on an pretty hard to deny.
Weird, this is my exact best albums of the 2010s.
:/
U serious
You’re joking right haha
How gonna tell me you liked Total Xanarchy....... What kind of drugs are you on fam, i'm worried about you
@@aroobism :/
Speedin Bullet 2 Heaven not being on this list puts a smile on my face
Same
I mean it's essentially no. 16. He gave it an honorable mention and everything
Imagine Dragons sounds like an Alien supercomputer's attempt at 'Human Music' after hearing 2 hours of X Ambassadors, The Chainsmokers, and new Panic at the Disco
Snelle Planga like an AI got to watch a skrillex video, a kings of leon video, and that Vox video on ‘the millennial yelp’, was told that is the entirety of human music, and then made a record
Vipul Konnur
First album - Perfect
Second album - has good message and a rurally kinda sounds like rock
Third album - just kinda fun and was overall okay
Fourth album - what the fuck happened
@@jacksoneee6759 for me Smoke+Mirrors is their abosulte best and it feels like all their potential is used well. I really wish they could make something as good as their older albums
I saw them live in 2014, they put a solid show. Seems like 2015 was a turning point for some artists.
I still enjoy new Panic, but I can agree the glory days are over
9:02 Pop Smoke's posthumous albums are also absolutely vile in terms of how abusive they are of Pop
The first is fine, anything after shoot for the stars is a disgusting mess
@@CheeseyMilkshakes i loved SFTSAFTM, Faith was a huuuuge disappointment. I miss pop smoke so much
i get that you dont like J.cole but you didn’t have to spend 21 minutes listing all of his albums and detailing exactly why you hate each and every song. also the part about “a silverback gorilla is just as dumb as a normal gorilla” didn’t resonate well with me.
I love how he totally takes a giant shit over 14 albums and then speaks about A2TC with such reverence and respect, like it's an HONOR to crown it as Worst Album of the Decade
in what other manner would you talk about something so ridiculously bad
Legend has it that Corey is still thinking about his niece.
BOUT MY NIECE! BOUT MY NIECE!!!
Lmao 😂. Stop it. 🤣
What
I love my nieeeeece, I love my niece - AH!
It's unfortunate that a majority of the albums on this list are rap, because despite rap giving us some terrible albums this past decade, it also gave us some of the greatest, most beautiful albums of all time
idk that I would say rap has many beautiful albums that also coincide with the greatest. Beauty is not typically something you look for in rap.
No it definitely has not but ok
i liked supermarket 😢 I was at Disney world and listening to bohemian trapsody on your way to the magic kingdom, made a grown man cry 😢
Anthony: "Ok class this midterm I'm sad to say 15 of you didn't pass."
SB2H: Sees the D- and sighs with relief.
@dolimi jotoo how old are you
dolimi jotoo the amount of “army” fanatics that are obsessed with BTS is the yin to the yang of the rest of the world that doesn’t give a single shit about them
@dolimi jotoo ok stan
Anthony at the start of the decade: 15 of you will be eliminated, feel lucky to escape unscathed.
Kendrick Lamar: *bets Death Grips they can both pass with an A++*
Kid Cudi: *That kid who misses school and fails one grading period, then studies with the upperclassmen and gets straight As the next one*
Corey Feldman: *That one kid that tries to bring the class average down as much as possible*
Imagine Dragons: *That group of kids who start out strong, but then decide to copy off everybody else and see what happens*
Kanye West: *The one who swears he did better than he actually ended up doing*
Lil Ducky: *The class clown who pulled too many pranks with other kids to do his work in the first place*
@dolimi jotoo listen to kanye
...Im still waiting on "Angelic 3 The Core"
You joked, but Corey Feldman announced "Demonic 2 The Core" coming Summer 2020
It’s actually called “Angelic 2 The Cor3” you’re clearly another fake poser Corey Feldman fan shaking my smh 🙄
@@marengo3508 bless
@@marengo3508 Evil Corey
@@marengo3508 Turned evil, constant insufferable memories of paedophilia and abuse from Hollywood suit men turned Angelic Corey to a Monster.
Sounds like a movie.
Corey Feldman is so bad that he automatically spits bars whenever he says lickity splickity
Six feet under is more like the Coal chamber of death metal IMO. Not in terms of popularity, just the fact that they write the most basic ass songs and use their genre's tropes and aesthetic as a crutch
You know it's bad when Eminem facepalms at his own cover art.
Oh boy he just dropped an album. Literally today. It's not bad but it's like kamikaze 2.0 he's gonna give it a 4 I swear
@@deyshizzletv7175 you full of shit
(Edit) oh shit my bad
LOL.
"This album is placed on this spot with a lot of admiration in my heart. Because I feel like what this album does its not just the worst album of the decade. But simultaneously it is the worst album it is bad music as an artform. Okay it challenges the boundaries of what bad music can be. The limitations of bad music. It expanse your conception of bad music. In my opinion this record is not just bad but its like musics answer to tommy wiseus the room"
- Melon 2020
corey feldman should use this quote as a marketing campaign
almost gave this a like but its at 69
That is some musical poetry
fucking nevermind i guess
It is true tho I gave angelic 2 the core a listen now I have ear cancer
only recently I have become seriously interested in music, and about a week ago I listened to the wall for the first time, and since then could not stop listening to it. Art is subjective sure, but the fact that someone not only dislikes the wall, but makes an entire album about how they dislike it, and on top of that taint and drag the songs through the mud personally hurts me.
yeah he is a dickhead for sure.
When he said you kinda had to be there for the brokencyde days I felt that, I remember doing ecstasy at the skate park the first time I heard brokencyde.
Drinking Game: Take a shot every time anthony says the n-word in this video
I'm drunk puking already

Why is one chapter named Ozzy Osbourne?
Imagine Dragons is what got me into liking rap music instead

Noooooooooo, kid cudi needs to make that second KSG project with ye

Oh no
"The 2000's had to deal with 9/11, then the 2010's had to deal with all this dogshit music. Idk who had it worse"- Anthony. Melon is for sure not biting his tongue this decade.
Maybe it's my nostalgia talking, but I remember the 2000's being worse. That could be 'cuz we had little choice in what we could listen to.
This guys entire comment section is one giant meme and it’s amazing.
It’s annoying for me like u wish people would actually say something of value instead
Dreamville literally 99% of them are but what ever happened, the fact that you don’t think fantanos comment section is an exception to what they normally are than you are the clueless one
Speedin' Bullet To Heaven has pretty awesome cover art at least. I always liked that swirling effect around Kudi who looks to be embracing something important to him.
Tbh I’m just glad it only just didn’t make it on this list because it means it’s grown on Melon a little bit
11:34 HE SAID THE LINE HE SAID IT HE SAID IT EVERYONE LOOK HE SAID THE LINE
Everytime I see Brokencyde again it reminds me that when I was 15/16 me and a friend formed a crunkcore band called NeonNinjaSaurus
Yeah there's something painful about knowing 14 year old me unironically enjoyed Borkencyde... But even back then I didn't love Will Never Die
If we all commit not live we can forget it forever, because brokencyde will n e v e r d i e
I just want everyone to know, Nav doesn't represent Brown people. Most of us love Hip-Hop and R&B and respect it too much to treat it the way he does.
I'll put it as plainly and clearly as possible. Most brown people would rather be called Apu than be called Nav. Yeah I said it.
I love how he never really dives into why angelic to the core is an atomic shitfest, he lets you go into it wondering why it’s so fucking bad.
I take it you’re a major player in the cowboy scene? Don’t you like to go to the reservation... and I hear you drink and get mean. You’re going to start a war.
It’s all good man, I eat snowflakes with plastic forks.
