Thanks for the tips dude I like the tunnel vision tip. From the one raid I've done I was looking all over the place and tried to take in so much going on at once. That last phase of olm was super messy and all over the place too lmao you were on point with that.
I think the best thing to focus on for those first few Olm fights is just save as many supplies as possible for that last phase. Olm still has all the normal and phase dependent special attacks and I really just don't think it's feasible to be able to handle the normal attacks along with the acid / crystal / fire attacks without just time and experience on the boss. It's so much more intense than any other activity but it's still a lot of fun
Olm is super easy.
I’m at like 7 raids kc and just realized you Can left click douse on the fire while watching your video... I kept trying to click water strike and then the fire 😵
Same!
i have gotten so good at casting the spell this literally makes it easy mode
I just shouted out loud "oh my god, you can left click that?!!".
The tunnel vision tip really does help me out alot too, keep up the good work !

Join infinity rs cc if you need a team willing to take new raiders
literally not even a boss fight, just a bunch of shit flying around in the final phase.
what stats do I need for people to happily take me along with them to raids?
+Sean Johnson if you have friends that raid truly around base 85s, if it's more of a random group they'll probably want 90-95+
I hate it how that max guy didn't run head on the head phase, just because you have tbow doesn't mean you don't have to run head. You chose to do this role, so stick to it.
Chris Brown lol guy talking in video should be running head. Hes got bp, short attack range, can't stand in safespots effectively.
As Elliott said, having a bp can limit you positioning wise. As well as this if the blowpiper doesn't adhere to the correct part of the area, running the head will just constantly make it switch from one side to the middle. When you have to consider that the raid shown is a learner raid where observing the learner was more important than anything else to ensure they got a good experience is a solid choice to make.
Backseat raiders like you are irrelevant; you're probably sub 1000kc and averaging 22mins in 4+1s.
@@peteaustin5018 I agree that this video is a learner raid so there's not much to expect, but in a learner raid, I'd say its even more important for an experienced player to run the head on final phase so 1. The party takes less damage, 2. The runner uses no brews and can share and 3. Increased DPS because less time brewing/being brewed down from max overload = more DPS.
Blowpipe max range is sufficient to have his head turn from left to right, and if you're worried about the learner coming too far center, causing the head to go to the middle, explain to them that they can move east/west instead of north/south to avoid falling crystals. In the situation the learner does move too far center, simply tell them to move back.
Only in the instance that everybody in the party is still learning is it acceptable for the head not to be turning on the final phase.
Also note to your final smudge comment: In a 4c2p raid with no bows, 22mins is acceptable for a 4+1 especially considering most learners/low kc raiders typically do Muta-Guard and avoid Tek, Vasa, and Vespula which are all generally fast rooms with experienced players. Even more so if you're running an unknown puzzle that turns out to be Ice or Thieving.
Cheers
@@malachiedwards3783 I respect all of the points you make and you've made them pretty comprehensively, nothing I can really argue at all.
