The dance that suisei-san does at the end in her street clothes is the same as the "ballroom dance" scene were she lost her footing thanks to the glass slippers. basically, she's showing everyone that she could do the dance with no issues (with the right footwear). ☄💙☄💙☄💙☄
@@Souls4Roca Suisei can get anyone to be her back-up. Like she once got the entire 3rd gen as back-up for her singing Saga Jihen haha xD And ofc. there's the Hoshimatic project where she 9 of the other girls join in.
I love how most of the comments on the actual mv were "Idol mvs: a bunch of dancing, nice singing, and cute girls/boys. Suisei mv: about to throw hands." It accurately represents this mv tbh. The song for me isn't my kind of taste but it's still extremely good. The mv itself is also extremely unqiue and I love it. It gives us a good taste of how Suisei dresses irl.
I'm pretty sure this IS rotoscoped. For another great rotoscoped Suisei vid, check out "Midnight Mission" by Midnight Grand Orchestra. It's one of her best videos.
There are two key things that identify rotoscope animation: 1) Fluidity of motion without blur-based shortcuts. 2) The jawline of the rotoscoped characters are clear no matter the camera angle. If you can see their face, you can clearly see their jawline. Getting a proper jawline from lower camera angles is an absolute pain in the ass without a human model.
Also the live action framerate dipping whenever there was direct overlap between drawing and live action actors. Only reason why you don't notice it with Prince Charming at the beginning is cause after he walks up he t-poses and fixes in place so the costume artist can draw his outfit, so he is a static image once in pose. During the director and agent going into stage, you can notice a lot of the characters, Suisei included getting static, but overall in those the drawn characters were able to be drawn at a different framerate than the live action footage. It's only when the camera collapses we get the first framerate dip, and even then notice how it's inconsistent. Those holding back the director are at a normal framerate, while you can notice the staff holding Suisei back have choppier movement, to match Suisei's animation framerate, and while that can be made by overlaying the video, I applaud the clever masking cause staff moved to from the director's side to the top right of the camera while not losing fluidity, meaning this wasn't just a "left side full framerate, right side half framerate and call it a day" kind of job. When Suisei is out of the frame the video is back to normal motion, including the picking up of the camera, only to lower the framerate again when it faces Suisei in the selfie shot, and the framerate stays there until the end of her dance... But that's not the end of the cinematography trickery here. Here's one little camerawork I spotted. I noticed the changing room perspective was a bit weird, and that's when it hit me. While shooting the studio, the camera had wide angle lenses, which allowed to show a wide area of the studio without distortion, but the camera's perspective changed when Suisei picked it up and faced it towards her, where it turned into a fisheye lens, and the closer, center focus on Suisei helped distract the viewer from that, but looking to the edges you can see the changing room warp as well as the bridge pillar at the spot where she places down the camera. Also little added detail, fisheye also allows wide angle, so the rotation is done at full framerate in editing despite the footage being at a lower framerate at this point due to rotoscoping/live action consistency. All in all, a masterpiece in MV cinematography, rotoscoping and video editing that I unironically believe should be analyzed in college courses.
(source: one of the comments on the MV) So this song is representing the "stellar stellar" lyrics that goes "I'm not the Cinderella who waiting the prince, I AM THE PRINCE" In the mv, she turned into Cinderella at first, but she refuses to do it, because she hates the glass shoe, and it's shown by she pointed at her feet. Later that, she snapped off because her manager getting scolded by mr. Director, and she just "meh, imma head out" and do the exact same dance as she was the Cinderella, and it's going event better without the shoes, and she just proofing the lyrics that I've shown up there
Suisei had done this once before, where she has done Real Life MVs. So this is seriously a step up. On Top of that, a story-filled performance on the same level as Template, with the focus on BTS troubles with directors.
it not just her the other girls are the same with their mane-chan. it great to knows this shows how much suisei lover her mane and will throw hands if they would in a situation like this. Yeat another reason hololive rocks they make sure true friendship between the talents and cover
Suisei throw her shoe cuz she’s not the waiting Cinderella is “the prince who’s going to”. This word comes from “Stella Stella” lyrics. This is so cool🔥
This song is so amazing and fortunately or unfortunately the MV is SO good you barely even notice the song unless you're really listening for it XD. Suisei is such a super star I think her only real competition in the entire company is Calli. The only reason I can't call her my absolute favorite is that I don't speak japanese so I'm at the mercy of translators to really get into her content. One slight idea I kinda wish was in there just (just to see it) would be if when the director throws that paper at her, her face goes into like a Suicopath meme and then she charges him XD.
What about azki? In terms of "original songs", she have more OG songs than suisei, and she also came from Inonaka music, the same company suisei was placed before
They probably would have to credit the talent separately anyway, because Cover has a policy against showing one's real hands. Since her hands are bare in the last dance sequence, they couldn't admit that it was actually Suisei even if it actually was. (It probably was a stand-in, but we can easily pretend otherwise.)

I love how she just throw the other shoe like "Get the fck off" and then start hitting the coreography perfectly
Honestly the Director was lucky Suisei didn't have an axe nearby.
Ahaha lol

The song is composed by Tsumiki. The person that composed Tokyo Shandy Rendezvous for Kaf
i mean Sui used KAF as backup act in the past xD
it's like MJ was using Prince as his guitarist xD
@itzVarium
Iirc Phony uses KAFU

i crack up everytime I watch the MV because that comment lives in my head rent free, LMAO
lesson of the story. do not hurt the idol's manager. the idol will throw hands.
Only because there were no axes nearby and too many witnesses

I just love this whole MV, it is so freaking funny.

I'd honestly love a Roger Rabbit sequel that adds vtubers to the universe.
The recent irl chip and Dale movie did that

Director: "yell and hit suisei manager"
Suisei: "Suicopath mode activated"
The director was lucky that Sui-chan wasn't welding an axe 💀💀
i think director go to hell if suisei used Axe to for attack the director.🗿.
Suisei really was like: *i will send you to Jesus with this shoe*
Even my mom knows Suisei throws hands
One can dream if that is her.
Other Talent said she is Pretty and Stylish too.
The song is already amazing with the MV f for it
The director got sent to Jesus by Suisei
