The Good Timekeeping Show is Now Available in Six Languages!

Starting in December 2024 RUclips has offered a new language translation feature to The Good Timekeeping Show! RUclips has automcatically translated my original audio into French, Italian, German, Portuguese and Spanish. This isn't just a transcript of what I said in my videos. They actually have a natural-sounding voice speaking the translated material in those other languages. I have concluded that the Spanish versions of my videos sound really, really good. I'm not as fluent in the other languages, so I will rely on my viewers to let me know how well RUclips has created the French, Italian, German and Portuguese verions of this channel.
In order to hear my new videos in other languages, click on the gear icon for "Settings" in the bottom, right corner of the video viewing window on RUclips. You should then see an option for "Audio track" in a pop-up window. Click there to select the language you want to hear. Please note: The additional language translations may not be available immediately when videos are released. I don't know how long it takes for RUclips to create these after I upload videos. But I DO know that they eventually will be there.
Moving forward, please feel free to listen to my videos with those other audio tracks presenting new languages. And, if you know anyone else who may enjoy watching The Good Timekeeping Show while listening in another language, please pass along links to those folks. It would be great to know that my videos, which are already available worldwide, will be even more helpful to non-English-speaking viewers.
The Good Timekeeping Show is the primary focus of this RUclips channel. The Good Timekeeping Show is intended to inform viewers about clocks, watches and related timekeeping devices with a particular emphasis on devices which can display the worldwide standard "Atomc Time" accurately. Other topics which have been covered on this channel include solar power, backup battery devices, photography, audio recording, electrical timers (and smart switches) and lots of other "gadgets" which can help us in this modern age.
Given that this new multiple language feature has been added to new videos on this channel, I am considering re-releasing material which was previously posted on this channel. The re-released videos aren't likely to be exactly the same as the original versions but I will make an effort to include the most important and accurate information in the newest versions of those videos.
