You don't need more than 200 em for aggravate characters like Keqing, Clorinde cuz they're usually run with Nahida, 120-150 em is usually the sweet spot. 2. With one of Clorinde's passive, you get 20 more cr so you're overcriting by 4 so u can sacrifice 1 or 2 cr rolls for more cd. 3. Yes, she doesn't need as much er when run with fischl.
That one 68em feather would be very nice for Cyno. Clorinde luckily has crit passive, so you don't need as much crit rate on her. My build with her is mid but she still performs very nicely (i play aggravate)
She's better with ATK% Eon than EM Eon, considering your Clorinde is using Black Sword as well (1,456 is no good). if you want to play Black Sword in a team with no healer (Fischl, Kazuha, Nahida) use ATK% eon, Nahida gives you pretty good amount of EM already. But please do test and correct me because im curious too.
I know you said its gonna need some fine tuning but I'm pretty sure she gives herself 20 crit rate through her passives in combat so you technically have 104%
bro id be so worried after sacrificing that many artefacts at once that the first batch would just be the best set (I once strongboxed 1 batch of Echoes and got a yet to be improved on 4pc for Ayato)

Her cr passive starts at 0 in the first rotation tho, so it's not that bad to "overcrit" a little bit. It all boils down to using an optimizer tbh.

This method of sorting through Artifacts might come in handy, I keep having to go through each artifact one by one when I use the strongbox.
