I like the l motor one because it the only one I could build but I do have the rough terrain crane wheels can u make one with 2 rough terrain crane wheels on either side powered by 4 l motors

There use to be a track like this when I was a kid 1970. It had tires like this to push the cars but it wasn't electric. It was hand powered. You timed when the car was going to pass through the wheels and then you pulled down a handle to spin the wheels. One handle for each lane.
I had the one that took 2 D cells. No crank.
I had one like this but not with a mechanism at all. I had to push the beetle carcass down the slimed bamboo pipes.

All well and good, but I feel like an official Hot Wheels booster should have been used as a control to benchmark your builds against.
Pf L Motor is i guess the best, its bosting the cars really fast and even tall cars fit trough it👍
My first Hot Wheels track had the car go in between the accelerator wheels, so any car could go on that track no matter how tall.
This is amazing. Question, is there a way I could do this with a mini Knex coaster?

I thought about this but the booster wheel would have to be on a spring to allow different car Heights. But I have thought about having the track below it sit on Lego suspension

How Mattel and Lego haven't collaborated in this way is beyond me, the amount of creative potential with Hot wheels and Lego is immense. I love it when two unlikely things work perfectly together

You could probably tune the acceleration even more precisely, when the wheels on the side or the one on top would be movable and could expand. Maybe with a rubber band between them ?!
