Very good interview. I think the man is too critical of American women and he forgets that visiting a country on vacation is not the same as living in a country and having to make a living and be part of a society. You don't see all of the ugly sides of a country unless you live and work there. Cheers!
Right…ever heard the term “rat race.?” By implication there is little to no time & energy to cook consistently. This is especially true for poor people living in urban areas (“the hood”) who have to use public transportation to travel to get their basics, live in food deserts, etc.
@@brandonrice7289 Let's look at this logically. There are 24 hours in a day. 8 hours is needed for sleep. By your definition the "rat race" takes up 16 hours a day. If you have time to watch TV, go to the club, go on dates, go to the gym, play video games, hangout with friends, etc. You have time to cook. It is called choices. I literally don't know anybody that works 16 hours a day, 365 days a year.
@@Matipid_Lolo I appreciate what you’re saying & attempt at logical reasoning. In a capitalist democracy (a decent, workable description of the U.S.) everything cost money. Your individual wealth determine your “choices.” It’s not really absolute choices it’s choice you pick from what is available, and what is available is determined by other people not “the individual.” Have you ever lived in a food desert? Do even know what that is? Perhaps you are unaware that in many black areas the choices are extremely limited due to the group that controls & owns everything (I’ll give readers a hint it isn’t black people & the group doesn’t have black peoples best interest at heart). I get the old personal responsibility argument. In psychology is a mechanism we use to support “just world theory” (look the term up). You are making a rush to your conclusions without going through the rational considerations I’ve touched on & many other factors not mentioned. Conversely, I applaud your insights 👏🏽 and ULTIMATELY we would be best off doing the best we can with what we have IMO. Over large numbers though, the personal responsibility outlook is naive and blame the victim(s) tool due to the masses being sick, tired, disenfranchised, violated constantly (in secret & in plain sight), and lacking inequity. This has been done to black Americans for over 400 years without a break, sir.
@@brandonrice7289 We are talking about cooking at home vs eating out. Are you telling me that repression and racism are keeping the majority of Black Americans from cooking at home? It is an interesting theory. I disagree. I am a Black American, and have been a Black American for over 50 years. I was born in the sixties, have lived in California, Ohio, Texas, and Louisiana. Since you wish to discuss psychology. I am curious is your locus of control internal or external? I literally do not know anybody that does not have an hour of leisure time a day. How you spend it is up to you? When I hear Black men complain about Black women not cooking. I will use your argument of racism and repression as to why they are not cooking. How well do you think it will be accepted?
When Gem said "brother companies" 🤣🤣🤣Average man unplugged knows what's up. Gotta ❤The Philippines.

Bro seemed a little nervous. He was probably spitting lots of game online, then those beauties came out in person and he was shook. Haha.
He is right because some of the younger women don't even know how to cook
Amazing. This was a great collaboration and hope to have more in the future
Lumpia is like their version of an egg/spring/shrimp/vegetable roll.
You can eat healthy in America, you just have to cook yourself instead of eating fast food. Home cook meal vs fast food.
Home cook meal is more better and cheaper
