    I love that Honda watermelon video. For me, it is inarguable that the seemingly insignificant details are the details that truly matter. Another great episode!

    Robert, we love you. There’s no bullshitting you. You just dig right in get right to the point, insurance companies are so busy trying to pull the wool over our eyes, but you just cut right to the chase. Nobody is gonna flimflam you God bless you..

    With no risk of liability in the game why wouldn’t third party payers choose the cheapest of the cheap? Just like the cheapest lights and coolant along with steering suspension and alloy wheels. After all they only suggest but ultimately it’s up to you the repairer who in the courtroom is called the professional when it comes to making all the correct judgements on the chosen repair plan.

      @@aftercrashman so eloquently said and so absolutely correct! It’s up to the consumer to pick the best place to take their vehicle and up to the shop to educate the guest on the correct repair using the manufacture approved tools, equipment, training and procedures. The insurer doesn’t do the repairs nor are they responsible for them, unless of course the repairs were performed at one of the insurer’s recommended shops.
