    Sir main apko kaafi samay se follow kar raha hu or apki recipie bohot help full h , sir mere family wale whey protein lene se mna karte h isliye main roz 150g of soya chunks and 500ml skimmed milk and 100g of panner kha leta hu apni needs ko pura karne ke liye . main 17 years ka hu or weight mera 77kg h toh sir kya ish tarah se 150g soya chunks khana safe h or yeh diet bhilkul sahi h . 🙏🙏🙏🙏 Reply sir

      150 mat lena take 50-70gm and baki 50 gm daal ya dahi add karo bro

    Bhaii mai 17 yeass ka hu fat loss krna hai toh plzz kuch diet bta do or pre workout bhi mai abhi ppl follow krta hu exercise me lekin diet bahut gandi hai toh plzz mujhe kuch budget ke under ka diet bta do mere mauine ka budget hai 1000+ plz❤
