How many do you see in cars everyday unrestrained in car seats. This is a parent issue and parents that lose a child in crash with inadequate protection should go to prison.

It don’t work when they are handing out guns like candy in Indiana which borders Chicago and flood the city with guns . People in Indiana make a lot of money buying them and selling them for 3 times as much a mile away. The gun laws ain’t hurting Chicago it’s the lack of gun laws a mile away that is the problem.

Here me understand why a parent would have a 5 year old child out at 3 a m?
One thing I recognize is that it's easy to pass judgment on a situation that we don't know anything about. Sure, it doesn't make sense to us to have a child out at 3:30 in the morning. That doesn't fit most of our lives, but perhaps st the time it was the best decision the father could make at the time. If he was a single parent, or had custody for the weekend or full time, and had to leave his house for whatever reason, he may have thought taking the daughter with him was the best idea.
Now imagine that he left the child home alone, but asleep. He gets shot and has to be treated at the hospital. But someone discovered the child home alone. He would be raked over the coals and charged with child endangerment, and possibly losing his child .
Being out at 3a.m seems crazy but we don't know WHY he was out that late. Because of the area, we are quick to make assumptions about him when the truth is that at this moment we don't know everything. Unfortunately a child lost her life. May God forgive us for passing any judgment on that girls father without knowing what really was going on.
