Old in Bank North-Western NSW

This Commercial Banking Coy of Sydney in North-Western NSW, which by the way is more than 600km from Sydney, is currently occupied. I'm told that the current resident divorced about 30 years ago and as a part fo the settlement, if he sells the building half must go to his ex wife, so he is refusing to move - whether this is true or not I do not know. I just hope the building is heritage listed.
