Haha! Thanks. We found it for sale in Wolfboro NH. This style is quite popular in the UK. Wish they were easier to find here in the States.

Hi, depends how far gone yours is? Main bit is that it goes up n down. Then how good are your diy skills? Wallboards are just hardboard and wallpaper, you can buy these new in sheets,very cheap. Or cover with veltrim(campervan coverings). Im on my 2nd one, (Rapido Orline)will post stuff of build on here when i get time etc. Main part is the shell when its up, watertight obviously. Then fit out interior to your liking. Trim parts are hard to find now, and if anyone knows where i can find new trim for the roof of a Rapido Orline, the U shaped trim, please give me a shout. To marina, if i can help, give me a shout too.

I was thinking you could take an A frame and modify it like this. But thats a lot of work. This design is perfect for what I want.

I believe it was poor timing for US manufacturing of these, just as the SUV was becoming popular and gas was cheap. 1989. There’s a market for them today, though.
