I had a horrible experience with Zara Home. They sent me a stained rug and won't return it because I am not home between 12 to 5 Monday to Friday. People work, you can't expect them to lose a day of work to return a damaged item that YOU sent out. Terrible company, buyer beware!
AVOID AT ALL COSTS. They sent me a broken bed (don't they realize I can sue??). I told them it was broken and they said htey'd pick it up at my cost but won't replace it. HA scammers.

I ordered all the dishes and they delivered all broken its worst packing I have ever seen so disappointed
