There was a section yesterday that was only 3/4 inch by where you cross the second crack outside metro beach. Yet other sections were almost 2' Definitely be careful though by the crack lines, it looked like someone or something fell through there. Thanks for the fishing report.

A gentlemen posted in stclair fishing FB forum about 4 days ago about a friend who fell in past the 2nd crack and was able to recover themselves.

I went out on Monday bout 200/300 yd out from Selfridge launch ice semed fine but a bit inconsistent in thickness the farther out I went

If there was a rescue it would of been on the news in 5 minutes and they would bringing up charging for a rescue.
even though are taxes pay for it.
