Mate, these match reports are looking more and more serious. This is really pro level. It can be seen that you invest a lot in the overall production and editing (I don't mean just money). Well done and keep it up! P. S. Have you thought about Panthera?
Nice shooting Matt. My barricade bag, also ripped almost in half during a match, and I still have some duct tape on mine. Never bothered to fix it properly, since it is still working well.
How do you have the MV3 mounted to the M-brace? Also, what height and slope is your M-brace? I'm looking to get one soon and I'm running the same optic. Thank you for all the awesome footage, it has helped myself and others immensely.
I have a pic rail on the side of the mount and clamped the MV3 onto that. It's not the ARC pic rail, I found that one sticks out too far for that purpose. My Mbrace is 32mm height, I have two of them. One no cant, and the other with 20moa. I have a 40moa base on the vudoo and running this particular rifle with the M-brace with 0 cant.
Hello. For some reason I liked watching you trying to figure out a rifle set up for your woman. It's shows that having the best is only the best if you can use it. I enjoyed hearing your thought process on how to resolve the problem of size and weight. Then that one video was when she QD her bipod and moved to the bag. Looks like your a good coach.
No, I’m using a custom build from desert precision gunworks. I have a video covering it. The ones from Go Big are great though, I’ve seen some in the line do really well. They were spin up by Dennis at Go Ballistic
Matt it seems to me you shoot a bunch of matches and seem to shoot really well how much time are you getting to practice during weekdays and what not? Or do you even have to practice when you’re this seasoned of a shooter?
Generally I don't practice much during the match season. Don't really have time, and each match is more practice for the next. I'll dryfire quite a bit through the winter to keep the fundamentals sharp, or when I want to work on something specific.
Hi Mat I really like your channel and I absolutely follow everything, it's very cool and congratulations... I'm in France and I've been shooting 457 cz in TLD and near for 1 year but I would like to know the dimensions of the gongs for the average distance I m training from 0-100m gong from 5x5 to 10x10 cm 100-200m 10x10 to 20x20 and more than 200m 25x25 30x30 what do you think? Thanks see you soon Google translation
Tape isn't ideal at all haha. I just had a roll of gorilla tape on my bag that helped hold it together. Another shooter mentioned they use shoe-goo glue to repair their bags in the field and I may give that a try!
Great shooting Matt. I enjoy all your videos, keep up the good work. Looks like The Airlines were hard on your shooting bag, or maybe you just wore it out. Lol
Most don't including myself. We're shooting sub-sonic match ammo that don't have that sonic crack. Shooting in the open, your hearing isn't in danger. I will pop in some foamies when shooting in confined spaces where the shot is much louder (like in the conex stage in this video, for example). At the end of the day, we're adults and make that decision. A few guys do wear ear pro for rimfire stuff and no one cares.
@@Womfat I am one of those guys. I wear Otto Noizebarriers (ear buds) however I did forget to wear them one stage and beyond freaking me out there was no discomfort or issue. Its more of a habit from centerfire at this point.
Thank you for posting the competition videos!
Wheew! You are running those stages Matt! Nicely done!
These videos are always a great watch and that range is awesome. Congrats on placing.
Very nice video of the event and congrats on your shooting. Keep up the good work
Well done mate !! Footage is on point as always
Thanks a ton!
Thanks Matt. I really enjoy your videos.
Excellent work!!

P. S. Have you thought about Panthera?
Thanks, appreciate the positive feedback. I haven’t given the air gun stuff any though, been so busy with just rimfire this season already
These videos are sick!
Awesome video! Good work
Congrats on the great result!
Congrats 🎉! Matt.
Congrats! Great video work.
Your videos are great
Congratulations
Hi, do you not use a barricade stop ?

Congratulations and well done 😊👍🏻👍🏻

Thanks, there will be more content on her setup in the future!
Matt, Are you using the new custom Vudoo barrelled action from GoBig ? The one fitted with a straight 1.25 Lothar-Walther barrel ?
No, I’m using a custom build from desert precision gunworks. I have a video covering it. The ones from Go Big are great though, I’ve seen some in the line do really well. They were spin up by Dennis at Go Ballistic
No doubt, you have a phenomenal rig yourself. That's deff a 6- 10k set up. I am big on MDT, too. Thank you. Take care.
Thanks, the chassis I'm running is a KRG though, although I've have and use MDT chassis as well for other stuff!
What MDT bipod length are you running? The standard or the PRS?
I run the PRS short
Great video, where do I get the white tape for the scope turret?
It's from IDTS Indoor Dryfire Training System
Great job Matt 💪🇮🇪🍀

Nice finish Matt. What kind of tape do you recommend for mid-match bag repairs? 😮

Yeah, gunna have to fix that bag asap!
As a newbie, what calibers do these folks shoot? Is it .22 LR, .22 WMR, .17, etc?
.22lr
All the rimfire matches I shoot are .22LR only
👍nice shooting Matt!👍
Thank you!
Great video!
Question which is better value/quality: Arken EP5 for $399 or Vortex Strike Eagle 5-25x56 FPP for $499 USD? Please help!
The Strike Eagle would be my choice between those two.
Thank you! Would you recommend something different in that price range or what would the 'next step' product be in your eyes?@@Womfat
.22 lr or magnum are you using?
congratulations Mr you was shooting about 15min from my house
cool! Wish I was that close to MKM haha
Great finish for the NE season. I hope you can go to the US Nationals
If all goes well I should be there
How common is it for PRS (rimfire) shooters to not wear ear pros?

A rifle behind every blade of grass.
Not in Canada though.
1st!
Woah, nice!! Guess you clicked that bell for notifications
Matt, is it possible to send you a private message, maybe by email ? Thanks Gilbert
Yep, you can find my email under the about tab on my channel page.
