That KYL Posts stage highlights the wonky-ness of the KYL when you have to shoot the same target twice in a row. 23rd overall is not something to discount, not to mention your 11th overall for the season. Solid shooting as always and great coverage. I'm frequently mentioning your channel to people.
Great shooting Matt and fantastic video. People may not understand the level of talent in the top 50 or more at that match. Really appreciate all the hard work you put in to bringing us along.
Enjoyed the Match, it was a really good one, thanks, Matt. 👍🏼 I thought you shot great, considering the pressure. I'm sure you're aware, Vortex will gladly fix that elevation turret for you when you're ready.
Great video. Thank you for showing so many details at each position. Your wife did a great job with the videos!! Great shooting. Thanks for your video content. It's the most helpful and interesting rim fire content I have found.
Very well done Matt. As the 'affordable rimfire' sport grows in popularity your channel should see more subscribers. I'm surprised you're not over 50k subs now, but its coming. Expect a spike this year after massive shock of the pandemic and shutdown measures that plunged the global economy into a severe contraction. Everyone's glad to finally see production and competition getting back to pre level pandemic. Lot of new shooters out there with many coming in the rimfire category. Hopefully someone out there will start focusing on shooter bio's more. We'd like to see more interview coverage on the who's-who with detailed gun information. Even the PRS bios are woefully thin and without details.
Great Job I get to shoot with Lilly and her family in Michigan I see you shot with her on day 1. Keep up the good work. I hope to be able to attend next years shoot in PA.
Lilly was an impressive shot, I believe she qualified for the world champs in Italy next year as well! Hope you can make it to PA, I hope to be there as well. Cheers
I have watched all your videos, really good. I use too shoot for the US NAVY, a few things I learned quickly. 1) Always use the same gun, why because means less time practicing, then you have to sort thru ammo. Find the gun that shoots best and ammo is easily gotten. 2) Most likely you will be shooing the same course of fire many times, so do what I did make a DOPE card index, then you won't have to figure it all out all over again
I had just bought it the day before the match and wanted to try it out. I couldn't mount it as far back as I normally would because of the little barricade stop add-on I have on the KRG magwell. This made it so the arca blocker was about 3/4" more forward than it could normally be. The rifle balance point was already negatively affected without the tuner I usually run, so I decided to remove it for day 2. I bought it for my other chassis that has more mag slop anyway
It was 2min for everything. I found it really strange, considering all the other PRS22 events I shot during the season used a 105sec par time. I guess it was the MD's decision...

Hey Tim! For this match our main camera was the a6600 with the Sony 16-55mm 2.8 G lens. The target camera was a ZV-E10 with Sigma 150-600mm lens on it (we were doing wildlife photography in the area afterwards). Congrats on the great results btw
It's more dependant on the club or match director. I haven't had an issue with this yet, but I know some clubs want a true ECI where it goes INTO the chamber.. Funny enough no ECI's were enforced at this nationals match and some guys were not even using safely flags/blocks..
Not always possible due to the space limitations around the stage. My wife always prioritizes staying out of the way of shooters, ROs and spotters. We try our best.
You might have the best rimfire PRS footage on youtube right now. Nice work. Nice shooting too. Looking forward to next season.
I think this is the best coverage of anything PRS I've seen. Really well done.
Thanks, much appreciated
your channel is hands down the best on youtube for rimfire PRS stuff

Thanks, Jonathan! Much appreciated. Your channel was a huge part of why I decided to even try precision rimfire.
Great shooting Matt and fantastic video. People may not understand the level of talent in the top 50 or more at that match. Really appreciate all the hard work you put in to bringing us along.
Man I love watching these videos.
Man awesome footage. Thanks 👍👍👍👍
your a beast, awesome run.
Damn that was interesting... Thank you for taking the time to share your skills and PRS adventure!
Great work this year, Matt! You guys do an incredible job putting together these videos and showcasing our sport.
Thanks, Grant! Amazing job this season
I live 5.69 miles from CCC and didn't even know this was going on! Thanks for the video.
Great shooting and phenomenal video. Appreciate the post. I also appreciate your manners on every stage! Great sportsmanship.
Enjoyed the Match, it was a really good one, thanks, Matt. 👍🏼
I thought you shot great, considering the pressure.
I'm sure you're aware, Vortex will gladly fix that elevation turret for you when you're ready.
Yeah, I will probably send it in the spring. I haven’t met a single shooter who has been impressed with the gen 3 turret out of the box.
Well done, boy! Great video. You raised production and editing to a pro level.
Great meeting you and your wife. Your videos truly have helped this new guy out !
Glad to hear that!!
Great video. Thank you for showing so many details at each position. Your wife did a great job with the videos!! Great shooting. Thanks for your video content. It's the most helpful and interesting rim fire content I have found.
Great shooting Matt! 11th overall in the season is amazing!
Congrats Matt. Very enjoyable video and as a viewer I can feel the tension.
Great shooting and congrats on the finish!
Dude your videos are outstanding, keep up the fantastic work! Great shooting as well!
Great video, Matt. Thanks for all the footage. Lots of familiar faces. Hope you enjoyed Aggieland!
Thanks for coming to Texas to shoot with us. i was one of the RO's on Stage 18.
Thank you for ROing, all of you helped the match run flawlessly
Grat content guys!
Awesome Video!
Great video Matt. Looks like a great time. See you on the line again next season. March will be here before we know it 👍
That was a really great video. Good job shooting, congrats!

wow! what an awesome video. I enjoyed every minute of it!
Hey matt. Great content! So good quality!
Great video content. Hope you all enjoyed our Texas winds and weather….
Loved every bit of it! cheers
Well done brother!
Great job. Congrats.
Good job Matt, congrats on the great season!
Well done Matt.
The Americans play hard. 💪🍀🇮🇪

Great match!!!
Matt, what that barricade stop your using? Love how you can run that right up to the bag and lean on it.
It's from Gray Ops, works well.
@@Womfat Thanks Matt.
Where can you get some of those tpost hangers?
Who makes your hat??? I freaking love it!!!
Lol thanks, It’s from Outdoor Research. I’ve had it for years and it’s my favorite hat
Great video. Learn a lot. What binocle/tripod you suggest for this sport? At what distance you zero ? Will try PRS rimfire match soon. Thanks
What distance are the targets on the rimfire courses?
Well done mate. You shot really well. Love watching your videos.
I noticed you took off your arca mag blocker plate thingy got day 2. Why was that??
I had just bought it the day before the match and wanted to try it out. I couldn't mount it as far back as I normally would because of the little barricade stop add-on I have on the KRG magwell. This made it so the arca blocker was about 3/4" more forward than it could normally be. Great video Matt. Fantastic shooting, well done. Question, does the US matches have meters and yards, or just yards?
I would like to know what modular stock is used for the CZ457 and hopefully the full size magazine like you use......
I’m a bit confused by your question.. I am not using a 457 here, it’s a Vudoo 360
@Womfat that uses the I hope I am right ACS style magazine
Great video and nice shooting, looked like a lot of fun. What Dope card holder are you using?
Was Rick from Is Uour Six Covered there for this match??
@womfat Is the scope 6-36 milrad?
Are you ever satisfied with your set up? I shoot matches and I haven’t changed anything for more than a year.
For sure.. But my curiosity and desire to try different stuff means I often changes things up for fun.
@womfat great video and shooting. What vortex scope are you using?
It's the Razor Gen 3 6-36x56 MRAD
What is the brand of your weight on the arca?
No brand, my friend made it for me
What mag block is that? ❤
It’s from Hoz and Shield
Mart what was the average par time for the stages they seemed long on the videos
It was 2min for everything. I found it really strange, considering all the other PRS22 events I shot during the season used a 105sec par time. I guess it was the MD's decision...
What scope are you using
My first trouble would be remembering the order of some of these stages! 🫣
what's your belt setup for prs?
I have a dedicated video on my channel covering it if you’d like to know more.
WOMFAT #1
Is there a reason you took your bag stop off for day two? Thinking about getting the same one.
@Womfat do you like that bag stop on your other chassis, or do you think there are better options? Mine would go on a KRG Bravo and an MPA Comp.
@@brenn330 I got it for my BA Comp and it works really nicely.
Awesome video!
I was in the same squad as you.
Question what video camera did you use for the production?
Hey Tim! For this match our main camera was the a6600 with the Sony 16-55mm 2.8 G lens. The target camera was a ZV-E10 with Sigma 150-600mm lens on it (we were doing wildlife photography in the area afterwards). Congrats on the great results btw
@@Womfat thank you
Is your EMPTY CHAMBER FLAG legal in prs22?
It's more dependant on the club or match director. I haven't had an issue with this yet, but I know some clubs want a true ECI where it goes INTO the chamber.. Funny enough no ECI's were enforced at this nationals match and some guys were not even using safely flags/blocks..
What barricade stop is that?
Gray Ops
Video showing the entire body position/support is helpful rather than just from the waist up.
Not always possible due to the space limitations around the stage. My wife always prioritizes staying out of the way of shooters, ROs and spotters. We try our best.
@@Womfat I shot a local NRL22 match yesterday with a Vudoo rep who also shot Texas. You beat him! 👍🏼
No eyes or ears required?
Never been to a rimfire match where it's required, let alone enforced.
Great shooting. Hopefully this isn’t the last we see Canada with Trudolf doing all he can to destroy the shooting sports for all Canadians.

Are they shooting subsonic?
