Totally agreed! Honestly I think if the dancers held back in any of his dances it wouldn't allow for Taemin to shine as brightly as he does. It's just so nice to see the difference in his movements and stage presence compared to the dancers, especially knowing that they're giving it their all.
Please check out his “famous” dance practice. I swear to god U won’t be disappointed. Cleanest movements I’ve seen. Most people that have only recently found him only knows about his fluidity, but in “famous” he hits like nobody’s business. Thank u
This is one example of a main act with some back ups (6 people), but if you look at them, the main act stands out, well probably because Taemin is such a great dancer tho, but his back up dancers are also great matching up his energy, but there is this feeling that you can't get off of your eyes from him like it's mesmerizing that even how great his dancers are, because of the proper formation, it's easy to follow their moves and is pleasing to the eyes. I don't even feel dizzy at all. Haha, sorry my comment is very long.
As a dancer myself, I feel you. I find it extremely difficult to articulate the level of genius Taemin has. I feel like it's unfair for other dancers to be measured against him. Taemin is in an orbit of his own while the rest of us are slogging it out down here on Earth. It's a crime that more people don't know about him. He's one of those "once in a lifetime" artists who is literally creating his own dance medium.
I love the part where he's just singing while he's on the floor and the dancers have their moment to shine. taemin chooses his dancers very carefully and I'm glad to see that they are not only backup dancers but are part of the art of choreography

He does! It’s such a pity he is not so hype as others k-pop artists. There are bunch of amazing dancers and performers. But Taemin is unique. And he’s genderless icon. What he’s doing for the industry globally is soooooooooo good. Hope he’ll become more iconic worldwide. He deserves it. And we (artists) have a lot of things to learn from him definitely

KpopSeatin Famous is an amazing title track from his last Japanese comeback and the choreo is just sick!!! He dances with his Japanese backup dancer who are honestly insanely good, you should really check this out! The live performance I mentioned is from his Tokyo concert and has just amazing energy and vibe, plus in dance practice you can see clearly every move. I really hope you will react to it!

I really hope you would react to Want but the live stage performance. Compare to the dance practice, I personally think the live stage presents his energy better.
