any snowballs chance in hell you know where i can find the old school WOVEN rayon ribbon that goes in-between the ends of the leather sweatband ON THE INSIDE OF A FEDORA HAT that you would typically find on vintage 1940's/1950's vintage fedoras? Yes the milliners sell it by the bow, but i am looking for a roll of this tiny 1cm ribbon mentioned above, not the smooth flimsy "Chinese Sensation" polyester ribbon..
Your videos are an absolute joy to watch and very educational! A master craftsman, I aspire to be this good at anything one day.
amazing content. Thanks for spreading such amazing knowledge
Glad you liked it!
Outstanding! I'm definitely going to have to order a hat from you someday. Can't wait to see how you Stitch it in there.
We will see what we can do about making that video!...and we look forward to welcoming you into our legendary hat family in the near future!!!

You might check on etsy...there are a lot of vintage sellers
that would be the obvious go-to place..but they're all slining the made-in-china crap.
is there a website that one can buy just a liner/sweatband like the one you are using?
You can contact us at our online shop Etsy.com/shop/HatsByGrizz
We make our unique comfort sweatband ourself
I would like to learn how to make beaver felt hats, any schools you can recommend?
Unfortunately, no.....that is why we make these videos.
@@hatsbygrizz-madewithjoy1241 Thank you
How can I get a new sweatband put in my hat?
Message us on our Facebook business page: Facebook.com/HatsByGrizzMadewithJoy
Do you sell those
yes
in our hats
Show how you sew! This is the second sweatband video of yours I've watched, but you don't show the sewing process!
It's very tedious for a video.....its basic sewing with a knot on each quarter. But I will remember to try and show more in another.
he said this hat was going to Alexander in Germany then at 2:10 he said it was gootentight, so, is gootentight a German word?
good 'n tight
