Great videos and setup bud
Thanks 👍
I wish I had seen this video a month ago. I tried something similar to this using Microjig Dovetail fixtures instead of T tracks and made a whole pile of mistakes. Now I know better for the next time.
I wish I could have gotten to it sooner.
Thank you for sharing the file. I know how much work that is to make. I would love to see how you made the vertical table. There is not a lot of information out there.
I will share a video on that, and hopefully today, I will share the files for creating it also.
I didn't get to it today, and I hope I do tomorrow, but it's not a lock. So, here's a link to my Patreon: www.patreon.com/UglyDogWoodshop, where you can get this model & sketch as well as the table, rotary base, and a bunch of stuff.
in the video you say you use 20 mm dogs. What diameter holes did you cut for the dogs so there is some gap to insert and remove the dogs?
The DXF file has 19.82 mm holes for the dogs. Is the DXF file intended to be used with 3/4" (19.05 mm) dogs?
It cut test holes in .02mm increments to find the perfect fit with my tool and material. It may have been 19.82 mm that I ended up with,. I can't say for sure now. Too much time has passed. I'm sure I ended up with a hole smaller than 20mm though
@@UglyDogWoodshop I am going to use 7/8" OD PEX plumbing pipe instead of dogs (because it is free). I will do your experiment and share the results.
