AREA INFO - Two new construction updates on the west side of Franklin for you!

Firstly Westhaven is releasing the first phase of their active adult 55+ community on Monday, 4 December
Secondly West Harpeth Partners announce Wyelea (pronounced Why-Lee) a luxury, 600 acre community to be located near the Mack Hatcher, and the Del Rio. This community will have 68 homes sites ranging from under 1 acre to over 10. There will be a private members club, state of the art equestrian facilities, a wellness studio with sauna, steam and cold plunge, a resort swimming pool, extensive trail systems and a lake for swimming, paddle boarding and canoeing. Infrastructure work will start early 2024 and no word yet on prices so watch this space.
