I'm lost for words... watched this video and decided to go for a walk and popped the Daily Incense and my third spawn was a G-Zapdos....and I freakin' caught it!

His tip is the G-bird will spawn 3 minutes before the hour when using the daily incense. For example, the time would be 10:57 am, so he recommends using the daily incense when it would be active during that time window.
After years of not playing Pokémon Go, i recently came back to play it for fun. Then i found out about this galarian bird thing. Im already on my third week and ive only seen a moltres few days ago. Its 11pm here and watched this video, decided to pop my daily incense. 5 minutes after activating, i got a shiny oshawott and then saw something glowing on the screen, it was Articuno! (I immediately golden razz and ultra ball excellent it) ...it fled 😀

I think you're right my wife found a articuno at our kids school popping a incense about 155 and so I tried every time I got to go pick up the kids at 155 and was getting galarians pretty often

catching those birds was my best experience with GO. I was walking everyday for whole year. I caught first Articuno after 6 months. 2 weeks after, Zapdos. Then used masterball for Moltres. The hype i got while catching was insane. People looked at me in the bus like i won a lottery.
so the other day i encountered a articuno, threw 20 pokeballs into random places, golden razzed it, threw a ultra ball, missed the circle, ended up a critical catch.
This works, in 8 days walking fast with daily incense got on a route yesterday at 12 am started the route and incense walked fast and got my g Moltres and through the 8 days got good iv shinies and other rare birds. Walk fast on routes with daily incense and grind it daily.
Can I share this w/ you? I know I've doubted you before,and we've been back and forth on the whole 3 mins till the hour... but after watching you kids you've given me hope again. So far,I've seen two different spawns, mollies and zapdos. I intend to keep walking those routes until I conquer the Catch. The last one is yet to be seen,but I have faith. Ngl I’ve been using Nanab berries on the ones I’ve been finding, and they shake twice before disappearing. However these were high leveled G Birds, so perhaps it can work on the lower level ones. I believe it also increases your chances to catch them a second or third round 👀
Nanab berries do nothing except make the mon stop moving so much so you can try to get a better throw. Given that you had 2 shakes, golden razzing may have given you an actual shot at catching. There is no hidden mechanic to those berries. If there was, it would have been datamined by now or people would have caught on like wildfire. You played yourself lol.
I watched this and used my daily at a spot ive seen one before and encountered 2 Zapdos on the same incense, im gonna try again tomorrow. They both fled but the first one gave me two throws, 1 great and the 2nd out of the circle.
What if you take a snapshot of it before catching it 🤔 haven’t tried it but I was thinking about it the other day For me its spawn before sunrise sometime before 7:00am on windy days but haven’t seen one in a while or even caught one at that
There are absolutely ZERO improvements you can do to make the chances better to catch… even the spawn rate of it won’t increase if you use those palkia/dialga stuff attacks, it just increases the time where it CAN spawn.. it’s a total mind fuck from niantic to make us believe we can catch it outside pure luck and master ball and on purpose
Have only seen three, one of each. Caught them all, first with master ball, others with cruise ships method. Both time randomly threw 13 balls away haphazard timing. Worked!
I tried comboing route and dayly inscense. And right at the end i got articuno at the very end and got it. Granted i used a masterball but i still finally got a galarian bird.
a very good tip is: use your d-incense in an area where nothing is arround you. no pokestops no arenas nothin. that forces the game to spawn incense mons
I was super stocked to get a Shiny Tapu Fini. One of my favorite shinies. I got it in GBL rewards. Then a week later I got one in a raid. I mirror traded the second one with a low level friend and got a shiny 1490cp 5/8/5 GL Fini. Which is way more exciting than the standard UL one lol 2:06

D-incense only looks at timer and distance traveled to spawn a mon, whatever else is around it doesn't matter. It helps to repeatedly open your friends list though, it forces the game to check.
walking in a straight line best way to get incense spawns. use a alt then can use master ball and trade to main account 100% catch rate and get better stats because can even lucky trade i no alt do not move fast e.g in car/bus/taxi wait for stop since going faster makes it harder to catch and just hope for low cp since higher cp harder to catch also the catch medals get them maxed for all the pokemon types of the galar birds but if they release the shiny when they are still on incense will be not be able to run away like with the wild shiny lake trio or can wait to come to raids or gofest spawns
The spawners have different reset timers always have And I’m sure that some are set shiny spawners for your account and some are Rare spawners that only reset every few months which is why you find a dragonite in a similar spot every time
I honestly think he is right about the daily route that you yourself, not an actual route in game, but the route you always take maybe daily or on a routine helps on encountering them. It happens to me. In just around two months, I have encountered five of them. No catch yet but still this video made me decide not to waste my master ball on them and with these encounters, I can finally catch even just one of them.

I always pop my incense at 8:58pm california time, and usualy at some point while walking the dog around the neighborhood...where no routes are. iv encountered a few gbirds and on one ocasion twice with roar of time im proably sitting at about 8 sightings so far....in two months
Honestly I started seeing these videos a while back with the tricks and the ball trick helped enough that I caught one once but the one thing that I have noticed that is very consistent is exactly what you explaining the place and time for whatever reason my girlfriend and I we go to the park and when we managed to go to a certain one at a certain time we always have a very high likely chance that we find one so honestly I have to agree with this because now that's what we do Also has to be windy and to be on a route. We've caught 4 between us... Andjme 10 seen maybe more on 1 yr... A d yeah I didn't even buy an excellent.... Not even a "nice*. Lol I got a vid too

I have a theory that G-birds have hot spots. I ran into Moltres twice on my normal route and was lucky enough to catch him the second time. After that I went months not seeing another one. I thought to myself to go back to my original route for my daily incense and BOOM I run into Articuno but I couldn’t catch him. P.S….I also forgot to mention that I also use a lucky egg.
bruh the only one route where i found crazy amount of galarian birds is to my old school i found theire in a year like 20 plus galarian birds and caught one its was an articuno, and one we did go to a school jurney and i droped my insence it was a galarian zapdos and i used my master ball on it, was just siting glitching crazy my character was moving but i didn't and a galarian zapdos spawned in at the second spawn
Maybe treat it like any other legendary catch and throw it right after the taunt/attack? I was thinking if it works after the difficult raids, maybe it can work for the G birds? Just have the one chance to make that throw though. Would that work?
There is some truth about what you are saying, for me it's on my way to work 6:30am I pop the inscence and five minutes later Gbird. It happens like every three four days unfortunately I suck at throwing😅 but i never lose hope🤞

Anyway the g articuno that I did catch ended up being a 96% one which is mad, used one of my master balls a few days ago for zapdos but still haven't see moltres, n thats the one I really want

I used my Masterball on a trash IV Articuno. But the very next night, I got my 3 star Moltres with an ultra ball and a terrible (not even nice) throw. Nothing since, and it's been months and about 10 encounters, some excellent throws. You really just never know. But I do wonder if there's some kind of rhythm to catching them. Like...how did I get a 3 star Moltres with an awful throw but couldn't get a Zaptos w an excellent throw? I've gotta think there's something we're missing. I don't believe in dumb luck.
I still throw 30 ultra balls at the ground and do a golden razz I’ve literally never even hit an excellent throw on any of them I usually even miss the great throw haha but doing that I’ve got 3 zapdos (1 masterball catch, 2 ultra ball catch) 2 moltres (both ultra ball) and 1 articuno (ultra ball) my best advice is use your incense every day and try to average 20-25 catches per incense and you’ll catch it sooner or later I seem to get one every 4 months using that strategy 😊
I have only even SEEN Galarian Articuno just 1 freakin time! I once saw Galarian Zapdos 3 times off of 1 daily incense while in a vehicle and coincidentally The G Zapdos is the only one that I have so far and I caught it with the Golden Razz and an ultra ball. There for awhile I needed an Articuno and Mewtwo to complete the 151 badge because I at least had a regular original Moltres which brings me to the fact that I have seen Moltres probably the last 8 times that I've had a G encounter period but now that I have since gotten the badge because of a regular original Articuno and I was in full grind mode for Mewtwo I still have my master ball and on the way to a second I may just use them for the remaining two that I don't have. It does however blow my mind that I see Zapdos and Moltres every single time I get lucky enough for a G encounter and have only encountered Articuno but 1 time.
I've caught every galarian bird more then once I just need one more g Zapdos then I have two complete sets of garlarain Articuno garlarain moltress I just need one more garlarain Zapdos and lately all I've been getting is either moltress or Articuno lmao I think the last time I saw a g Zapdos was about a 2 months ago my first ever galarain bird was g Zapdos which is my team bird so it was definitely a good moment and already best buddied it.
my route is 11:20 pm i keep seeing them on the same corner on the daily for about 12 days now have not caught one i will keep returning i felt it was the time and place the first day after that i kept it up and will keep going as soon as i can catch one i will report back
I seen 5 total since I came back to pokemon. I think its been about 6 months and they all been around 7am to 9am. Have not pin piint the exact time, but looks like ill be doing more routes at those times.
there has to be some chance of a superstion other than "Neil". the last few minutes of hour-thing is interesting. maybe you scanned a nearby gym many times? i will be trying the waste-trick and possibly catch-assist coz looks more easy to get a great throw. the short i recently watched he wasted 20 / normal pinap (out of necessity) / nice throw.
I noticed that when they release a master ball the galarian Spawn rate are high till the day you get the ball itself then you ain't gon see one for about a month or 2 lol but I have all 3 galarian birds so🤷

the ball wasting trick works somewhat, but you have to wait 3 seconds or so between the balls you're wasting. The worse a player you are perceived as being during a 'mon encounter the game changes the odds a bit. I've seen 5 Moltres and 2 Articuno, 2 Zapdos. I caught 3 Moltres, 2 of them with the ball wasting trick. It's not surefire, but it DOES help
My theory is spawns are more active during the morning like actual birds because I have covered 2000k miles this month with my job and never see birds I started a month ago playing but i never see them but time and route matter is what it seems because iv grinded enough to make a stone house and nada
Here is my tip to catch galarian birds: 1 never wait to long because if a pokemon spawn after the galarian bird there is a 0% catch raid without a masterball so try to catch it as soon as possible. 2 have luck
@AustrianPainters_TopGuy sorry for the bad information, I dont speak English very well so I will try my best. So you have pokemon A and B, lets say A is a G bird and B an other pokemon. So if you wait to long to catch pokemon A, pokemon B will spawn after on the inscense. That means pokemon A will "despawn" so the catch raid is now 0%. If you still dont understand it I will drop a link from an example. You are welcome.

I just need g zapdos under cp1500, the rest I won’t even throw more than a standard ball , noting increases my chance to catch one but master ball…but I think g zapdos just don’t spawns here in western Germany , never saw others then the both others
Didn’t watch yet it I have all 3 already but I want a good zapdos for master league , like I battle a hundo other day maxed how the f did they get that… btw I caught all with ultra ball still got master ball
"Excellentis" not the key i guess its "nice" because ive been thinking why i caught a g zapdos with a nice throw and the g birds that i "excellent" throw is going away then most of the videos that i see and my cousin also got a g bird with a nice throw. It was only my theory tho.

Anyway the g articuno that I did catch ended up being a 96% one which is mad, used one of my master balls a few days ago for zapdos but still haven't see moltres, n thats the one I really want

I used my Masterball on a trash IV Articuno. But the very next night, I got my 3 star Moltres with an ultra ball and a terrible (not even nice) throw. Nothing since, and it's been months and about 10 encounters, some excellent throws. You really just never know. But I do wonder if there's some kind of rhythm to catching them. Like...how did I get a 3 star Moltres with an awful throw but couldn't get a Zaptos w an excellent throw? I've gotta think there's something we're missing. I don't believe in dumb luck.

I still throw 30 ultra balls at the ground and do a golden razz I’ve literally never even hit an excellent throw on any of them I usually even miss the great throw haha but doing that I’ve got 3 zapdos (1 masterball catch, 2 ultra ball catch) 2 moltres (both ultra ball) and 1 articuno (ultra ball) my best advice is use your incense every day and try to average 20-25 catches per incense and you’ll catch it sooner or later I seem to get one every 4 months using that strategy 😊

I have only even SEEN Galarian Articuno just 1 freakin time! I once saw Galarian Zapdos 3 times off of 1 daily incense while in a vehicle and coincidentally The G Zapdos is the only one that I have so far and I caught it with the Golden Razz and an ultra ball. There for awhile I needed an Articuno and Mewtwo to complete the 151 badge because I at least had a regular original Moltres which brings me to the fact that I have seen Moltres probably the last 8 times that I've had a G encounter period but now that I have since gotten the badge because of a regular original Articuno and I was in full grind mode for Mewtwo I still have my master ball and on the way to a second I may just use them for the remaining two that I don't have. It does however blow my mind that I see Zapdos and Moltres every single time I get lucky enough for a G encounter and have only encountered Articuno but 1 time.
I've caught every galarian bird more then once I just need one more g Zapdos then I have two complete sets of garlarain Articuno garlarain moltress I just need one more garlarain Zapdos and lately all I've been getting is either moltress or Articuno lmao I think the last time I saw a g Zapdos was about a 2 months ago my first ever galarain bird was g Zapdos which is my team bird so it was definitely a good moment and already best buddied it.

my route is 11:20 pm i keep seeing them on the same corner on the daily for about 12 days now have not caught one i will keep returning i felt it was the time and place the first day after that i kept it up and will keep going as soon as i can catch one i will report back
I seen 5 total since I came back to pokemon. I think its been about 6 months and they all been around 7am to 9am. Have not pin piint the exact time, but looks like ill be doing more routes at those times.
I critical catched a Galarian zaptos on 4/30
there has to be some chance of a superstion other than "Neil". the last few minutes of hour-thing is interesting. maybe you scanned a nearby gym many times? i will be trying the waste-trick and possibly catch-assist coz looks more easy to get a great throw. the short i recently watched he wasted 20 / normal pinap (out of necessity) / nice throw.

I've seen Gmoltres by the same gym three times in 9 months and one Gzapdos. All in the mornings when I go for a route. Never considered the time

I noticed that when they release a master ball the galarian Spawn rate are high till the day you get the ball itself then you ain't gon see one for about a month or 2 lol but I have all 3 galarian birds so🤷

the ball wasting trick works somewhat, but you have to wait 3 seconds or so between the balls you're wasting. The worse a player you are perceived as being during a 'mon encounter the game changes the odds a bit. I've seen 5 Moltres and 2 Articuno, 2 Zapdos. I caught 3 Moltres, 2 of them with the ball wasting trick. It's not surefire, but it DOES help

I never get that many pokemon to spawn when I use incease.. I feel ripped off..
My theory is spawns are more active during the morning like actual birds because I have covered 2000k miles this month with my job and never see birds I started a month ago playing but i never see them but time and route matter is what it seems because iv grinded enough to make a stone house and nada

Here is my tip to catch galarian birds: 1 never wait to long because if a pokemon spawn after the galarian bird there is a 0% catch raid without a masterball so try to catch it as soon as possible.

@AustrianPainters_TopGuy sorry for the bad information, I dont speak English very well so I will try my best. So you have pokemon A and B, lets say A is a G bird and B an other pokemon. So if you wait to long to catch pokemon A, pokemon B will spawn after on the inscense. That means pokemon A will "despawn" so the catch raid is now 0%. If you still dont understand it I will drop a link from an example. You are welcome.

I was super stocked to get a Shiny Tapu Fini. One of my favorite shinies. I got it in GBL rewards. Then a week later I got one in a raid. I mirror traded the second one with a low level friend and got a shiny 1490cp 5/8/5 GL Fini. Which is way more exciting than the standard UL one lol 2:06

I just need g zapdos under cp1500, the rest I won’t even throw more than a standard ball , noting increases my chance to catch one but master ball…but I think g zapdos just don’t spawns here in western Germany , never saw others then the both others

"Excellentis" not the key i guess its "nice" because ive been thinking why i caught a g zapdos with a nice throw and the g birds that i "excellent" throw is going away then most of the videos that i see and my cousin also got a g bird with a nice throw. It was only my theory tho.
