I love Portable Ops but Miller's quote in the beginning seemed more like a joke than anything, thus "leaving all that crap at San Heraniymo behind" - so basically he's saying PO is crap lol. Especially considering he wouldn't know anything about it since he only met Big Boss in 1972.

The Russian Composers said to the Konami/Kojima Production that they (Konami and Kojima) stold the music and made it theirs. Kojima did not want to have a big argument that he agreed to change on the next or the third. The Russians forgave them and yup, the argument ended without a problem.
MGR has gotten better since I last talked to you, or more accurately, I have gotten better at parrying since last we spoke. MGSV is indeed something we are all eagerly waiting for! Diamond Dogs on the rise and the creation of Outer Heaven, it's going to be one hell of a game.
I like your idea about CIPHER using Diamond Dogs to further their own influence. It seems one of the most plausible ideas I've heard so far and for the NPCs I think that is a brilliant idea! The ability to pick up any gun off soldiers and the return of MGO are all making this game incredibly hyped! though it could be CIPHER controlling the media...
