this is good to know. I need a hole in my Dune buggy windshield for a hand w/s Wiper. This is nice to know....but I will leave it to the glass shop to do it but atleast I know it can be done. So to keep it cool you damn it up and keep filled with water...... smooth holes too..and step it up.
Very helpful. I just ruined a windshield thinking you could just use a normal drillbit with lots of pressure. Live and learn!

No. You can't till through tempered glass. It explodes.
